I’ve been a customer of American Express now for probably about 25years. I’ve noticed recently that the service has gone down. I’m looking now at all the other reviews from the dozens of other people and it seems that in the in the rush to make huge profits, the most expensive credit card in the marketplace, charging more fees, to both merchants, and to the customers has the most dismal service which results in high extraordinary, high profits . My next stop is discover credit card . I’ve heard that their customer service is still American based it’s perhaps good they claim to be using American customer service advisors Let’s hope that they don’t also drink the Kool-Aid that American Express CEO has taken short term game for long-term pain.
