Fault with cloud recordings meant that I was unable to access them. Despite receiving an email telling me that they were ready, they just said "Processing Recording..." in my account and the link in the email confirming they were ready just gave an error message saying that the recording didn't exist.Submitted an online support request - no replyCalled the support number a week later - automated message told me to submit online request as low staff numbers (COVID)Called sales line (they weren't suffering the same staffing issues surprisingly!) they took details and said someone would call me back - no call backReceived email from sales asking if everything went OK so replied explaining issue and lack of response. Got reply saying she would forward details to support - no reply from supportHave chased today almost a month after my original issue was raised with them. Not holding my breath.

My Master MX 2, brand new, broke down within 4 months. The warranty process is an endless stream of referrals. I've been ping-ponged between 5 different representatives over the last 9 days. They've had me chase down Logitech branches from different countries, only to wait days for a single reply. Worst of all, a staff named Saniya M, hands me copy and paste answers, deflecting responsibility left and right, cannot answer more than a single email every 24 hours. Once, she referred me to Logitech in a different country, and when I sent an email there, the same person picked up! And I wasted another 24 hours, went through another customer service bot, just so she can change her title from Logitech Hong Kong to Logitech Japan Customer Service.What happened to customer service? How come it feels like I am working for Logitech? It's like running through an obstacle course just to get a simple warranty claim processed.

We booked a tour of Auschwitz for Easter Saturday, with a departure time of 8 am.Then on 7 April we received an email to tell us that the start time had been changed to 4 am! You can understand that this was totally unacceptable to us. No alternative tour with an acceptable start time was offered, or possible with Get Your Guide. Try as hard as we could we were unable to find an alternative tour ourselves. The only thing we could do was to request (and eventually receive) a refund. But this in no way compensated us for the disappointment of not being able to visit Auschwitz during our visit to Krakow, which may well be our only visit to this city.What particularly annoyed us was the wording: "Our activity provider has informed us that the pick-up time has been changed to 4:00AM. Thank-you for your understanding"!It seems that once you have booked your tour with them, they wash their hands of you and your tour; quite intolerable!Avoid this company!

I can't believe how bad the service is.When they decide a restore won't fix it, their phone system seems to fail and you get cut off, every time...I've rang them 5 times over the course of 2 weeks about my brand new laptop (currently on my 6th call and been on hold for well over an hour now). We go through about an hour and a half of the same protocol and just when they get to the end of the same set of tests and realise it didn't fix it (despite me telling them what we've done before) they miraculously just cut off, every time. They checked my number and email at the start of the call, so could easily just call me back, but never do.Their distain for after sales support is pretty clear.

There are so many companies and organisations that only use Facebook to provide information but Facebook will only allow yo to access this information if you have a Facebook account. But opening a Facebook account opens your account to a deluge of unasked for and some times outrageous invitations to join all sorts of groups. Yes Facebook allows you to block them but you would spend hours trawling through this garbage. I dont want online friends or invitations from anybody I just want to access informations of my choosing. But Facebook wont allow that. It is a total abuse of power in the control they have over information flow.
