I can't believe how bad the service is.

I can't believe how bad the service is.When they decide a restore won't fix it, their phone system seems to fail and you get cut off, every time...I've rang them 5 times over the course of 2 weeks about my brand new laptop (currently on my 6th call and been on hold for well over an hour now). We go through about an hour and a half of the same protocol and just when they get to the end of the same set of tests and realise it didn't fix it (despite me telling them what we've done before) they miraculously just cut off, every time. They checked my number and email at the start of the call, so could easily just call me back, but never do.Their distain for after sales support is pretty clear.
