Worst possible experience! Went to spend over £1000 on Lego at one of their stores over Easter. After diligently checking their website and contacting them the day before to ensure the store was open, when the entire family arrived after an hours drive to one of the few open stores, it turns out THIS store had decided to close…no idea why as other stores were still open.After contacting customer services I was told it was MY fault as I hadn’t phoned them to check they were really open on the day. Awful email to get and awful attitude to what was clearly their mistake!!!We won’t be buying Lego again from their stores as a result of this.

Absolute waste of time contacting the ICO, it took months to respond to a complaint, the same complaint which I raised with the ICO two years ago, regarding information being held on me by a bank. The ICO obviously don't want to look raising any complaints with the bank in question and would rather look at questioning me and asking me to provide more information, when it is quite clear the issue is with the bank and not me which is why I keep raising the same complaint.

FALSE ADVERTISING.... I have espn bundled with Disney and hulu, It's a legit scam. I can not watch anything because I don't have "live tv", which is another 80 dollars a month, I'm not sure what the hell im even paying for... Having cable is only a few dollars more to maintain a month with tons more to watch. Anyone considering just getting espn please rethink it's definitely not worth it.

I've used this service for years and have always enjoyed it, that is until today. Today was the first time I ever had to deal with Typeform's customer service, and let me tell you, it's about as bad as it gets. From simple incompetence like dropping me from the chat, to making me wait several days to fix a simple billing issue that resulted from an error on Typeform's end, to just not being friendly or courteous, this was about the worst customer experience I have had in recent memory.Obviously this is not a company that values its customers, and that's a shame because their software is really cool.

Am a bit disillusioned with Spotify. I like to listen to audiobooks and recently realised I had provision on my membership to listen to audiobooks which for me was a bonus. However, I don't like how it's set up, listening time rather than titles. Only 9 minutes from the end of my book, I was cut off and told I had run out of time. Time includes rewinding, which I use quite a bit, especially when I pick up from where I left off and need a bit of a recap. I had to buy top up time, which meant spending a further £8.99 for a further 10 hours of listening just so I could catch the end of the book. If you like to listen to audiobooks rather than music, maybe Spotify isn't the best option.

Don't use it and this company tried everything to take your money. They has make it is impossible to cancel the auto renew so they can take your money. I tried to call the 0808 1692189 (from google) but cut off within 1 second. I couldn't find their email address and all their emails to me is no reply. There are no unsubscribe in my AVG account and the unsubscribe steps shown on google isn't the same to AVG account( my account). In my AVG account I have no record of my payment history etc. I used to call them for help but now I can't do anything. Not even webchat!! It is Scam to avoid it !!!! It really made you mad !!!I will wait to see if they will contact me through Trustpilot as they email me to remind me auto renew in next few days. It means it will take my money about £50. My last option to contact my bank to block AVG to take money from my account.

After I had added all the content, I requested to be moved to 'preview' I was taken to the original format, not the design I had painstakingly created. I then was asked to fill out my contact details only for the screen to freeze and not be able to move to the next section. Will not be using again, as clearly not fit for purpose and looking at the other reviews, I perhaps should have done some due diligence before wasting half my money! Thanks Campaign Monitor!
