Absolute waste of time contacting the ICO, it took months to respond to a complaint, the same complaint which I raised with the ICO two years ago, regarding information being held on me by a bank. The ICO obviously don't want to look raising any complaints with the bank in question and would rather look at questioning me and asking me to provide more information, when it is quite clear the issue is with the bank and not me which is why I keep raising the same complaint.
