Don't use Yelp

Yelp doesn't want you to request reviews or have a feedback form because it isn't profitable for them. You are only able to get Yelp reviews by forcing customers to engage with your Yelp business page and paying Yelp for features that other companies (like Google) provide for free, then what Yelp is actually doing is extorting businesses financially to maintain a good online presence. It hurts both businesses and consumers, but who really uses Yelp anyway?

Review of squarespace

No customer service + lost business email

Adding another 1-star review. Google has held several domains for me and transferred these accounts to Squarespace. I had signed up for Google Workspace about a month ago and didn't realize this was being transferred as well. After seeing these many 1-star reviews I decided to move my domains to another Host. When I did, it locked my Workspace account and I haven't had access to my business email for days now, which are connected to my banking, clients, etc.. My other Host can't redirect it until Squarespace releases Workspace on their end and Google says it's out of their hands because Squarespace owns the contract. Squarespace, shut down all real-time chat this week. I sent them multiple emails and 3 days later, still no one has gotten back to me. I ended up authorizing Google to take over which means Google gives Squarespace 3 days to respond and if they don't Google takes back Workspace and can open it up again. Still waiting. Please do not trust Squarespace for anything as important as a business Workspace account or website. If something goes wrong, there is no one available to help.

Terrible Streaming Service

I've used the following stream services BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Crunchyroll, Funimation, Disney+, and I can safely say the advert that plays on Channel4s streaming service about it being the best streaming service in the UK is a blatant lie. There are usually 4 sets of ads, ranging from a minute to 4 minutes each. Some of the ads I found difficult to watch, but mostly it was so interrupting, and often the subtitles would reset, not work or be inaccurate. The only good thing or redeemable was the content, however, at some point if they don't step up, I would just not bother with it any more. Too many streaming services will give way to people illegally downloading TV series and shows again

Arrived in shards of glass.***Two of the three 24 oz jar candles I ordered arrived completely destroyed to the point where the candles themselves were laying apart from their glass containers. The containers were broken into thousands of pieces of glass. I have no idea how one survived intact. None of these candles were wrapped in bubble wrap however I also ordered the the 2-wick candles with the wooden lids and both of those candles arrived in a seperate package and were completely wrapped in bubble wrap. I was told by a customer service representative that each Warehouse has there own way of shipping things. I let the customer representative know that this leaves me very concerned to order anything that might be considered fragile in the future as I have no idea which Warehouse it maybe being shipped from. Obviously some BBB Warehouses take great care in shipping your items while others simply place paper and a couple of air packets in a box of 3 large glass candles in hopes that they won't break. I can't remember the last time I've actually ordered something online from BBB but this now makes me hesitant to order anything from them and have it delivered. BBB should have a standardized way of shipping items, especially ones that are fragile, and that standard should be implemented in each of their Warehouses, period. I am both disappointed and angry at BBB. This is neither a way to treat your merchandise nor your customers.****I submitted this review to the Bed Bath & Beyond website and it was rejected as it did not meet "their guidelines". I emailed them back and asked them to tell me exactly what part of my review did not meet their guidelines so I could rewrite it in order for it to conform form to their guidelines as I think this sort of information is important for other consumers to know. I did not hear back from them.*** in the review I wrote for Bed Bath & Beyond I attached pictures of the package that shows the literal wax candles that are completely bare, lying in shards of glass.

The return policy is a SCAM. They intentionally DELAY and play games hoping you'll go away. I've been trying to return a defective crappy mattress for 3 weeks and these scammers go around in circles and straight up lie over and over again. I've wasted hours calling to speak with their call centers in other countries. They apologize each time and assure me they are escalating the return to the correct team. They ask for photos then send a list of questions, none of which are relevant to my return - then after I respond to them all - they start all over! "We're sorry, your return was not properly escalated two weeks ago." It's beyond absurd. Over a dozen requests to speak with a supervisor and yet one was never available. I've given up and have just accepted the loss of over $800. It's not worth the stress anymore. Over the holidays too, these people truly have no shame. The whole return policy is a scam. NEVER buy from these fools. Hopefully their corporate offices will respond. We shall see.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service becasue there is NONE! They DO NOT return calls. I even tried cancelling my subscription and opened a new account to try to change billing info and now it won't even take credit card info. Guess they don't need anymore sales! Find another platform if you have an option.

I’m writing about the bullying that. Have followed me. To Khleo Thomas’s Patreon ( the certain girls/ certain women . That are in his Twitch community ). That is bullying and harassing me . Under my nice comments . Which I had to delete and leave Khleo's Patreon. ( Also, he would see them leave hurtful/ bullying comments . I posted under his post or etc. But he wont tell them. Or put an end to their bullying against me. But them constantly bullying and etc towards me. Behind, social media. Sites. LA police are aware of them doing this towards me.

2 Techs 3 calls less than 14 days

I called them because my new laptop Dell G15 5530, was having a bad fan it was super loud and vibrated my whole desk! a tech came out and replaced it but after they left the system could no longer see my GPU? So i had to go through the tech support system AGAIN! they then came and had to replace the mother board because the GPU and motherboard are connected, a few hours after they left Windows Deactivated and it gave me the activate windows watermark. I was like "wait what?" so i called them again and the conclusion, solution they have is to reinstall by Operating system and wipe my PC. this all happened in under 14 days.

i have been with me for a couple of years. good customer service. good app layout. overall good. good credit card (as far as rewards is concern).but it consistently offers the lowest interest rate in the online banking realm. if you look at the top competitors, they always fall short.

Customer service is outstanding

Customer service is outstanding. I think the template is mostly easy to navigate and to understand with a small level of patience. I'm not tech savvy and I was able to figure it out. The price is reasonable, particularly because the terms auto update as language and terms update. Also, I signed up with a trial price - that sealed the deal for me. I'm no longer on the plan as I have switched web services and it's included. I've reached out on different occasions via email and receive a response in a very timely manner and it's always thoughtful and professional. Totally legit operation.
