Google ecosystem has turned the dream of a smart home into a feverish nightmare. Nothing works as advertised. Speakers. Hubs. Cameras. Thermostat. Doorbells. Nothing works properly, if it works at all. Smart? The Nest Mini speakers have difficulty with the concept of sound and volume. Nest Cams can’t stream video to Nest Hub displays without hamstringing every Google device on the network, causing subscription media to lock perpetually on pause. Nest Hello video doorbells turn off when the button is pushed by someone at the front door. Let that sink in. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. You can expect to encounter a veritable tsunami of arbitrary, nonsensical malfunctions that vary from day to day, unendingly. Customer service will feign bewilderment and gaslight you all day long. You’re not crazy, and it’s not your WiFi! Some bugs are well-known and persist for months or years as the engineers sit in silence, then the bugs finally disappear. But you may then find that previously-working features on which you’ve come to depend are now inexplicably broken. Google is constantly swapping one grab-bag of random malfunctions for another via “updates.” Fuchsia OS on the hub is truly a smoldering train wreck. I could go on and on for hundreds and thousands of pages. To sum it up, this whole product line is capsized in an ocean of broken promises. Look away.

I purchased a Google Pixel 6 for £599... which stopped working two months after the 2 year warranty expired. iSmash determined the phone to be uneconomical to repair (the motherboard is dead). Google are quoting £400 to repair the phone, and have refused my request to fix the phone free or far cheaper as a goodwill gesture, despite it being just out of warranty...Please bear in mind that Google will not stand behind their products beyond warranty, so please bear this in mind when purchasing their expensive equipment

What a bunch of crooks. It allows me to load money to my card and then when I go to use it after it's loaded they tell me that my account is Frozen. This comes a week after my business was verified on there. Then they tell me to submit a driver's license so I comply. I received notice today on both of my accounts that the documents were approved and that I'm good to go. However my account is still frozen. When I called they said they're looking into it. Imagine that good way to steal people's money. No explanation as to why my account was frozen the first place. And how do you let someone load money to an account that's frozen? I would never use venmo and never recommend venmo to anybody worst online banking platform ever

Cancelled our trip without notifying us because when we booked it three months ago, we used a card that we would later cancel, as it was compromised. Instead of contacting us for new payment or notifying us that there was an issue, they cancelled everything. We ended up contacting the tour groups directly and booking through them because tripadvisor said nothing was available and they gave away our reservations.

Received my package on time and in good condition. They also have excellent prices. Only issue is that you have to make sure you indicate your power plug preference and confirm with them that one is available for your country. I ordered from the US but received a Euro plug. Would buy from them again.

We have a home of all Samsung electronics, purchased a bundle in 2022. Since then, the range has gone out, the dryer has had to be replaced and the dishwasher is malfunctioning. We live 2.5 hours from a large metropolitan area, and have been deemed outside of service range, therefore our warranty is not applicable. Long story short, we have had to replace the appliances with other brands,(LG has been great) After multiple attempts, their customer service is just horrible, inconsiderate and quiet incompetent.

Bing's top search result for a database tool that I was trying to download for work was not the tool's official website but was a fake website containing malware designed to look like the real one. Due to Bing putting it top, I trusted it and downloaded what I thought was the tool, only to end up with Malware on my PC. It's literally shocking that you'd take money to boost the SEO of a site without actually checking to see if it was going to give users malware.

Pathetic the google workspace did not charge my account even though the card was valid and absolutely working everywhere else, they suspended my workspace account, I updated the payment method within hours and since then I have stopped receiving emails for my bookings and bankers, it has been 3 weeks, their support team neither have the technical capabilities to understand nor the willingness to accept the problem, so much for being a tech giant!! I would have to file a legal suit for compensation along with case to the Competition Commission of India.

I created an account with Paymonade via Binance and verified myself, everything was fine. Then I deposited €50 twice and they were immediately on my Binance. A week later I am about to be liquidated with a large position and I had to make a deposit very urgently, so I transfer €29,000 via Binance and 2 seconds later I received an email from Paymonade with a large list of additional questions, I answer them and show the necessary papers but immediately receive an email that it could take up to 48 hours before I would have access to my money, much too late to secure my position so I immediately went to another exchange and made the purchase there. The next morning I receive another email from Paymonade with a long list of questions, I answer them that I no longer wish to make a purchase because I had made them elsewhere in the meantime, then I receive an email asking if I am sure I want a refund, I say yes, please refund my €29,000. An hour later I receive another email in which they ask me absurd questions and proof, even to the point of involving my medical condition, they ask things that are of no concern to them. I myself had to give the notary deeds of my homes and old homes containing personal information of everyone who sold a home to me and I of others, they have all those people's names, bank accounts, dates of birth and social security numbers. so now they have my bank statements of 3 months, tax returns, my medical history, the support for my illness from the government, my notary history and the origin of my funds, and then I got a message that it would be better if I worked and would send pay slips to solve it. so because I have a serious illness they think they can keep my 29,000 €. in the meantime they have not answered for 5 days. now I am forced to go to the police and take legal action. because they are not planning on giving you your own money back
