We have a home of all Samsung electronics, purchased a bundle in 2022. Since then, the range has gone out, the dryer has had to be replaced and the dishwasher is malfunctioning. We live 2.5 hours from a large metropolitan area, and have been deemed outside of service range, therefore our warranty is not applicable. Long story short, we have had to replace the appliances with other brands,(LG has been great) After multiple attempts, their customer service is just horrible, inconsiderate and quiet incompetent.
