Most of my customers are 60+ and frequently tell me how easy it is to use and they love the simplicity.

We were matched with companies right away, and they also understood what we were looking for. It's very refreshing to deal with people who are on point which helped us to make a decision and implement a solution in a very timely manner.

Making an appointment to go to the bank is ridiculous. We were having an emergency and needed a deceased person on an account removed. It was the account of a 90 year old and they would not see us without an appointment. I can literally coins three agents just sitting in their office. we are closing our accounts at the earliest possible moment.

I ordered some games. All digital, should have been simple enough. Not only did the games not come overnight, but they closed me out of my account and order information. I called them up to try to get something done and the person on the phone was terrible. Her attitude was simply atrocious. She told me that they locked me out for unknown reasons, and that the only way to get back into my account was to submit a ticket with the exact information I used during my order. The whole time her attitude towards me was as if I was a thief of some kind. I had to login to our credit card account and our paypal to find out whether we had my wifes card or mine on file (since they are both the same card, just different names) because the person on the phone would not except me telling her it was my name or hers. I figured it out and got the ticket submitted, and now I have to wait at least 24 hours to get any more information. Regardless of anything, this is simply terrible business practice, and I will not be using their company again after this.

I live overseas and tried to order off Macy's website today. I placed the initial order, and it was cancelled. So I called customer service, gave them all the verifications they asked for, and placed the order a second time. It was cancelled. I call customer service again, get put on hold (yet again), only to be told that, because I'm overseas, the order can't be placed. My order wasn't even going overseas - I was shipping to a US address. All the verifications, OK'ing the charge with my credit card company, etc. - none of that was good enough. All in all, I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone before deciding to take my $300 somewhere else.I don't blame the poor phone operators - they're just doing their job. I'm glad for security rules that keep my credit info safe. But this is overly protective, and they're missing a huge overseas market.

Horrible service!I bought the LOGITECH CRAFT Keyboard. On the website, it has big shift key (big shift is important for designers) but I got the keyboard with small shift key, I called Logitech support and explained that I got different product, it's not same as the website and they told me it's because you live in EU and EU keyboard layout is different with US layout and we can't do anything for you.Logitech company shows some pictures on the website but they sent different products.

So, if Truebones slander you on the Gumroad posts and pages, it's not taken down. A court-case and injunction is needed. --------------------------Send Gumroad CEO to Guantanamo bay. I want to talk about a certain seller, Truebones who sells JPGs, text files which contains list of links, has multiple DMCA notices sent to him, sells vaporware (sell nothing as a store item), and still on Gumroad. According to Gumroad TOS -- "If we were to be audited by a government agency, we would have no way of explaining what our users are processing money through our servers for. The logical jump for law enforcement from that point is that we are unwittingly helping fund organized crime or terror. And then, before you know it, Gumroad's staff is bunking at Guantanamo Bay for the foreseeable future.So according to Gumroad, selling a JPEG file is legal, such that any attempts to take-down that seller, despite having multiple DMCA notices on him, is still up and selling JPEGs on Gumroad.According to Gumroad, they take action on the users who have DMCA notices posted to their products, but not Truebones.According to Gumroad, they take action on users who sell fake products, but not Truebones.According to Gumroad, they take action on the users on this page (account: doglas), but not on Truebones.According to Gumroad, they ban stores that constantly harass, slander their customers, but not Truebones.Truebones has more than 6 accounts removed from Youtube, including one which mentions:"This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy prohibiting content designed to harass, bully or threaten."Why is that? What is necessary to remove this store that sells nonsense on Gumroad?

Absolutely gorgeous views, timed as advertised (actually slightly longer). Good stopping times. The driver of 8 passenger vehicle was lovely, but could have provided more information on history of the designated location. As it was the only history given was as on the advert, and I even had to ask simple questions which I would have expected gujide to cover. He clearly knows a lot about the geology and ecology / climates of area though. I was up front with driver and the silences felt a little awkward.His vehicle worn and clearly done a lot of journeys - ?time for upgrade to a newer vehicle???Good price though!

Sbcglobal.net sold out to Yahoo. We used to have several family email accounts. Now Yahoo says we can only have one. So my daughter, son, and I have been locked out of our email accounts. Customer Service basically said "Sucks to be you." Hence there customer service is beyond horrible. Do I want my email back? Nope I am much better off with a G mail account. Thanks but no Thanks
