I simply ordered some games....

I ordered some games. All digital, should have been simple enough. Not only did the games not come overnight, but they closed me out of my account and order information. I called them up to try to get something done and the person on the phone was terrible. Her attitude was simply atrocious. She told me that they locked me out for unknown reasons, and that the only way to get back into my account was to submit a ticket with the exact information I used during my order. The whole time her attitude towards me was as if I was a thief of some kind. I had to login to our credit card account and our paypal to find out whether we had my wifes card or mine on file (since they are both the same card, just different names) because the person on the phone would not except me telling her it was my name or hers. I figured it out and got the ticket submitted, and now I have to wait at least 24 hours to get any more information. Regardless of anything, this is simply terrible business practice, and I will not be using their company again after this.
