DO NOT BUY ASUS PRODUCTS! Like the many other consumers who have posted cautionary reviews regarding Asus I also want to alert others who are considering their products. I purchased two monitors for my son's gaming system. Both monitors cost over $300 each. I purchased two of the Asus Rog Strix AS XG27VQ BK/5MS/NA. I found very quickly, within nine months that these monitors are of very poor quality. The screen scratched very easily. Damage WILL occur and you WILL lose the money you paid for the equipment. Their customer service is horrible. They send these three page, small font, emails with so many details and instructions that you must follow strictly to get support and service. Who has time for that? The customer experience is absolutely the worst! These emails are obviously designed to discourage consumers from seeking repair or replacement of defective product. It's unbelievable. I have never in my over 50 years of purchasing products and equipment experienced this type of treatment. And they will do it with great politeness, but you will get NOTHING from them in return. PLEASE, take your money and buy from another company, ANY company other than ASUS. They sent me a quote to repair my monitor that nearly equaled the original purchase price. This fiasco started when I was first told that my monitor was under warranty, by the first Asus rep I spoke to. A second rep told me it was not under warranty. When I showed them the email from the first rep stating that it was in fact under warranty this second rep agreed, but said that the damage was not under warranty. Listen, I understand that a company cannot warranty all damage to their product. But, I'm telling you this monitor is of such poor quality. You must handle it with great delicacy or it will fail. Check out the picture. We were moving the monitor, placed it on the floor of our mini-van. Face down, to protect it. There was nothing around it. We were careful. I have moved my own personal computer equipment several times, not being as careful as we were with this monitor and I have had no problems. Wish I would have done more research. That is on me, I should have known better. I talked with reps in a large electronics store in our local area and I trusted their opinion. I have always had good luck with this store. But, not this time. All I can tell you is that this has been going on for over three months and now I learn that they want to charge me $332.50 to repair the monitor. Read the reviews from others just like me. The equipment is cheap, it will not last. You will be WASTING your money. Run, run fast, away from Asus!!!

Purchased motherboard from Amazon 10/22…

Purchased motherboard from Amazon 10/22 due to health reasons it was 6mos. Until I started the build. Motherboard was dead right out of box. I was charged $60 for shipping label, sent my board in org. box was sent a refurbished board in a donnut looking box. To add insult to injury they gave me a letter stating I was entered into a drawing for a 15"monitor that had expired a month ago.

My account was used in a scam. While Kraken was happy to let the scammer's access my account, they then failed to freeze it when requested, allowing the scammers to drain my funds. They then emailed me saying they were closing my account, banning me from the site. They have refused to answer my questions, discuss the event with me or even tell me who their overseeing body is so that I can make a complaint. I have been treated like a criminal by them and they won't take to me.Ticket # 12722716

I wanted to try this converter, which unfortunately did not work as well as I was hoping for, but perhaps my PDF was not of a high enough quality.4 stars are for Customer service, because I had forgotten about the short trial period of only 7 days. Perhaps I missed out on the warning e-mail for the trial expiration, but I suddenly found myself with the full amount debited from my account, for a programme I did not wish to continue using. Customer service was great however, I sent them an e-mail and I was reimbursed right away.

I had a billing issue with them. Everytime I try to email them I get a new ticket number and a reply that they are very busy and may take a few days to respond. It’s been an 3 weeks and I finally got an email and didn’t answer the question I was asking or resolve my problem.

First time customer. I paid an extra £4.95 to have clothes that I had chosen and ordered for a company photoshoot to arrive in time for the shoot. The clothes (nearly a week later) still have not arrived, moreover I was given no warning so I could not make other arrangements. On calling customer support the reason that they gave was that they were 'too busy'. And still had no idea when the clothes would arrive. i wish I had read the reviews on here first. Cheap, slapdash, and anti-customer. The company does not deserve to be trading.

Ubisoft support is horrible. All i needed was to update my old college email and link my account to my updated email, so i can play my games. Its been a month plus and still no help to fix this mundane issue.Im locked out of my video games that i paid for cause they cant get their stuff together and fix my account. Then when they finally got off their lazy butts to help, they sent me a Sms text to prove the authenticity of my account, they send the text in the middle of the night AFTER i informed them of what time zone i live in. They are not insterested in helping thier customers all they want is money. i wont be purchasing anymore games from them.((( My account is still jacked up and i have games that i paid for that i cant play.)))

Pinterest rejected our catalog because they said our website doesn’t meet their minimum requirements. We’ve changed everything on our website and we corrected all the violations to Pinterest merchant guidelines. But they still keep rejecting our catalog. Pinterest needs to approve us as a verified merchant because now our website meets their requirements! We tried to appeal again and again. Their support team only replied us with not messages! Communicating with clients and sellers is great. One criticism I have is lighten up with the rules on the word money. Sometimes I like to use the phase "Once I have money, I'll let you know" but I get a warning cause it's implying I'm asking for money lol. Besides that, this site is amazing
