Unfortunately, my experience with Temu has been very disappointing. While the platform appears attractive with flashy deals and heavy discounts, most of these offers are misleading or downright deceptive. Coupons are advertised heavily, but once you make a purchase in hopes of redeeming them, you find out they come with hidden conditions and are rarely valid for quality products, electronics, or locally shipped items — only for specific, low-demand items.I’ve had several frustrating experiences: • Customer service responses are mostly generic and unhelpful, wasting both time and patience. • Some shipments sent by ground shipping took nearly two months to arrive. • Items have arrived in damaged or open boxes, giving the impression that they were previously used — completely unacceptable if you plan to gift them or expect something new.The final straw was a recent order for a Nintendo Switch 2, priced at €604. I paid an additional €80 in customs fees in the Netherlands. When the product arrived, it turned out that it did not include the Mario Kart game (which was supposed to be part of the bundle and worth around €80 on its own).I contacted support and submitted clear photo evidence. The only response I got was: “You can return the item for a refund.”After waiting nearly two months, paying customs, and being let down by the missing item, this solution was far from acceptable. By the time I returned the product, waited for a refund, and reordered a replacement, I’d be waiting another two months.Temu may look like a budget-friendly platform, but in my experience, it cost me more time, money, and energy than it was ever worth.

I had bought two others with issues. This was a different pair and I hoped this time it would work. Why did I make that mistake? Because I thought the first time was a glitch and I gave them another chance. Bad idea. They sent Crocs that were way out in the fit and I returned as per their instructions. Two weeks later, still no refund. I have proof of posting. I called Crocs and got put through to an Indian call centre. I asked if he could confirm they had actually received my return as I have had no confirmation of that. He said no, you will get a notification when you receive the refund!! I said I’ve been waiting over two weeks. I just wanted to be sure they have received it. He said he wouldn’t tell me or confirm, that could only happen when I receive the refund which takes 15 working days from when they receive the shoes. I asked what if the shoes happen to go astray in the post, we’ll never know. He said yes!!! This is third time trying with buying Crocs. NEVER EVER BUY DIRECT.Buy via ebay or Amazon maybe and use PayPal so you can raise a complaint and receive your refund that way. Useless and should be voted worst company customer service for what is a popular product. How can they get it so wrong. It’s like they just don’t give a damn.UPDATE: This was written 9th Oct. It’s now the 19th Oct and I still have no refund. I returned the shoes 28th September. I paid in good faith. I feel I have been robbed.In fact I just noticed Crocs don’t verify this review page as being about their company. This shows a complete lack of responsibility.

I own a small digital marketing agency and have used Siteground as my host for a decade now. It is rare that I need to contact support because their products and services are some of the best I've experienced in the industry... but when I do, my issues are resolved efficiently. Everyone I interact with goes above and beyond. As the agency owner, this is extremely helpful in times when I'm in a pinch and my developer isn't available. I can't say enough about this company of ROCK STARS! Highly recommend.

I have not received an order from 5/25. I checked my tracking and the order has not even begun processing. Customer services can't cancel, and can't help, and pretty much said thanks for shopping with Macys. I will be very careful to NOT make THAT mistake again. Amazon & Walmart does much better than this.

Try it for free but you must give credit card details to do so which means if you forget to cancel theyll bill you anyway. Firstly, if I try it and like it, ill buy it. You dont need my credit card details for me to try your product for free. Its more like a catch you out scenario, hoping youll forget to cancel.In todays world of fraud and identity theft the less people who have your card info the better. You cant trust a company that doesnt get that.

If I could give negative stars I would. Jhonnel Bien T is the most disgusting and rude person to speak with. He took 3 hours to purchase my plan, and was gone for length amounts of time. I was able to cook dinner and hang out washing in between this mans absences. I asked him about 1.5 hours in if I could just complete it online myself as I had to leave soon and I also wanted to think more about the plan. He suggested I should stay and then became extremely rude and pushy, I was extremely uncomfortable. He was making condescending comments such as 'Sorry to take up your precious time' and when I said 'sure' to a question, he said 'give a yes/no answer only'. He demanded I answer him immediately for his questions, and yet he was ignoring all of my reasonable questions, such as asking how much longer the process would be. He then ended the conversation without letting me ask anything, in which he did not give me the discount I had asked for at the start, making me pay the full price. The complete and utter disrespect made me go cancel my order that night and get a refund (and that Lady was wonderful and I did get my money back). In saying that, all the other people were quite lovely. But this man was horrible and severely needs training in being a decent human being, and also how to purchase a plan, because why would it take him 3 hours? Wasting my time and the companies time. Disgusting man driving away customers.
