helpful assistance with what is a difficult experience. Your use of words such as "accounts" and "categories" is inter changeable which makes life very confusing. And we had to refresh the system two times. How can that be reassuring to a new user ? This is a really diffult challenge.

I purchased price protection on my flight along with flight change option. I called agent asked to change my flight she did that, confirmed everything and after I hung up sent email saying my price protection was cancelled. After talking to 3 people and 1 hr of phone time my call got discounted. Terrible customer service!

Randomly received an email to say they were closing my account with no explanation. No other email of warning received previously. I enter Live Chat' with someone called Vaskush who I found very rude and kept sending the same message referring to they fair sale policy, then closed the chat without explanation. If you are no longer have account with them then customer services behaviour change 100% to negative side. Being a loyal customer for over 15 years it is very unpleasant and disappointing situation.

Waited all day yesterday for my package. I got a guarntee delivery date. And by 10pm it will be here But Once 10pm rolled I still never got anything nor was the item even shipped yet The next morning my delivery date changed and now my new delivery date is a week from now . So much for guarantee delivery 🤦♀️ so annoying also in the past they kept charging me monthly for prime when I cancelled it numerous times they were still talking money out my bank until I had to delete my full bank card off their site only way they stopped charging.

As a computer wizard myself, this is the only and if not the worst company I have come across. It's taken weeks to try and set up this awful service. With no to little help. Once I have bought my membership they have hidden elements stating only 1 person can use it at a time. Then they try and charge much more to have 2 users using it.The printers do not connect, they want me to open up several apps to configure the problem which nothing worked. Then to top it off when I requested further help I have to pay extra to get help over the phone which would have been so much easier than over live chat.I could literally go on, this is the worst company I have come across.

On 10 February 2020, I told Seagate Disc Support that on my original external Seagate HDD all folders were functioning perfectly except one certain folder.1. On 20 February 2020, the original 2 TB external Seagate HDD was picked up at my address from a subcontractor of StarTrack, which Seagate Recovery Services Amsterdam (Netherlands) received only on 6 May 2020. That could have been to the Covid-19 pandemic.2. 13 May 2020, Seagate Recovery Services wrote as soon as “you plug your drive into the USB port, a prompt should automatically ask you for a password. Enter the password provided to you via email and click ‘UNLOCK’”. I NEVER received a password by email.3. On 22 May 2020, I received a parcel containing a replacement external Seagate HDD from Seagate Recovery Services. I immediately replied by email to Seagate Recovery Services telling them that I had NOT received a password by email. I told them that I needed the password urgently, because I could not open the replacement external Seagate HDD.4. On 25 May 2020, since I had not received an answer from them, I send a reminder to Seagate Recovery Services by email. I also them they should confirm that all other folders contained on the original external Seagate HDD. A courtesy copy was sent to Seagate Disc Support.5. By 27 May 2020 I had not received an answer from Seagate Recovery Services nor from Seagate Disc Support. Therefore, I sent another reminder to Seagate Recovery Services AND to Seagate Disc Support. I told them that, if I did NOT receive an email to my email address, I would publish my NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with Seagate on all websites. By 29 May 2020, I have not received an email from Seagate Recovery Services and Seagate Disc Support. This means that the replacement external Seagate HDD is useless, because I NEVER received a password. If I could, I would award Seagate Recovery Services and Seagate Disc Support zero points for not answering my emails sent to them after I received the replacement external Seagate HDD on 22, on 25 and on 27 May 2020.

Just purchased a Sony PSVR2 from their website and within less than 10 minutes my accounts password has been changed along with all other security information. Yes I had Google Authenticator, Yes I had my mobile number connected. I literally had all authentication you could have enabled. and yet somehow I was still hacked. I was clearly hacked by an employee. Literally wasnt notified of anything. Only was i could tell is because i was logged out watching youtube on my PS5. Which has been proven to be done before. Many cases reported on reddit and a trophy hunter called hakoom was hacked by sony employees. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY DATA! THEY HAVE ACCESS TO CREDIT CARD INFO! LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Do not trust!!

I booked an international flight ticket through Kayak and the trip was on a Saturday. The ticket I bought was for a flight with Swiss airways but the US partner was United. I had an issue with the airline because of incorrect information about the PCR Covid test requirements. My only option was to rebook but could not do it because they were a partner airline and I bought the ticket through Kayak. I had to go back to Kayak or Swiss. I called and called while at the airport and there was no help from Kayak. I finally had to rebook with Swiss and they charged me almost $400 fair difference as a customer and told me that if the travel agency had called then I could have gotten a much lower rate of about $80 and the agency fee of $50. Kayak customer service only seems to work business hours but I keep getting sent from one agent to another in different countries from India to Moldova to the Phillipines who has no ability to do anything. Kayak is only useful for research but never buy a ticket from them if you want true customer service. I will keep updating these reviews till I have a resolution. I wish I had know customer service with Kayak was this bad on a weekend and and especially during Covid would be this problematic.
