The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered 6 items and 4 were items were substituted. I wasn't happy with the substitutions, so I tried to return the items. The receipt that door dash gives has no order#, no barcode, nothing the store can use to return the items. I'm out $50

Ordered a dress that was never…

Ordered a dress that was never delivered. Reached out to customer service and was told it would be replaced. Received a letter in the mail that stated that they were not replacing my order or issuing a refund because the package had been delivered. They said someone signed for it and provided a name of someone I don’t know. I know for a fact the package was never delivered because my doorbell camera would’ve picked it up. This has happened in the past with other companies and they gladly replaced my item. Macy’s is a big disappointment. I’m out of my money and still have no dress.

They cannot be trusted, excessive comissions

They cannot be trusted. I found some really nice tours trough their website, but their commission is insane! It is best to book the actual guides/operators directly. Once, I even paid a premium of 50USD in order to be able to jave the option of a refund in case of a cancellation; they never paid back the full refund and totally scammed me. Their customer support line just says sorry, and ignores you. I will never use their service again. Tripadvisor offers so many better options, better prices service and their you do have some warranty in case your trip is cancelled. Run away is my recommendation.

Bogus bonus

I purchased online and was promised a special gift as part of a promotion if you spent a lot. What they sent was a few small, useless items that would have been disappointing as freebies. When I inquired about this, customer service gave me total brush off. I was tricked, they could not care less. Buy from Sephora or another more reliable source that actually cares about its customers.
