Review of activecampaign
In the process of determining a Marketing Automation platform that suited our needs, we compared ACtive Campaign to a number of other solutions. In the end, AC came out on top, mostly because it offered the best range of tools for a really affordable investment. The main otherreason we chose AC, was because we could use it with our existing website, withoud the need to completely build a new one.We gradually start using more and more of the AC tools. Started off with simple automations and emails, we are now looking for more complex automations, segmenting and the use of tools we did not yet explore. We are really looking forward to diving in to all the options going further!

Review of rover
I've booked petsitters with Rover two times in two different places, and both experiences were excellent. I highly recommend Rover for the ease of use, the way it protects my privacy, and the way it helps me communicate with sitters. Rover keeps its promises.
Review of depop
I've been using Depop casually for quite a few years and they have consistently provided the worst customer service you will ever have the misfortune of having to deal with. Not once, have they addressed my concern or directly responded to my messages, instead they skirt around the topic and do not respond to what you're actually asking about- it's like they want to wear you out so you just give up communicating and they do this through consistent copy and paste answers with no actual helpful context. Summary: consistently painful experience with Depop customer service. Just hope nothing ever goes wrong with your orders (which it does a lot on that platform), as one thing you can guarantee is they'll be no use at all.

Review of linktr
I spent time and money putting my linktree url on packaging and promotion material only for it to get banned with no evidence of breaking community guidelines. I read the community guidelines and see no link between my company and anything listed. I appealed and asked what was wrong and got 2 of the same “copy paste” responses that did not address the issue linktree had with my account. They simply said one or more links went against community guidelines which makes me believe my account was either hacked one of the links was in error or my account got mistakenly flagged by a bot. Upon research of competitors I saw their accounts were still up with some having paid working accounts. Our companies operate within the same legal field. I wasn’t posting anything lude or illegal. I’d like to speak with a real person that will help address and fix this issue.
Review of deviantart
This place is full of pedophilia and porn/cam girls and the real artists are no longer there. I was punished for reporting an underaged sexually engaged picture that was extremely questionable and it was on the front page as soon as I logged in to the site that should tell any visitor something... This site is morally broken in all aspects. This place is a cesspool.
Review of facebook
With so many employees, whereas many is focusing on socalled "fake news" there are not enough people or Facebook AI that can describe exactly, why an ad is rejected. Only some #code and we have to guess what the issue is and spend loads of time on making ONE single ad. In the meantime Facebook doesn’t earn money from the ad, which is rejected.

Review of oculus
It just saddens the heck out of me to have to write this review. I’ve been a huge fan of oculus and their products and recommended headsets to countless people. But I bought a new oculus rift s back in early feb 2020. It worked for about a month and just completely stopped displaying any video. So I started working with their support team to resolve the issue, which is where the problems started...At 1st it was no problem, they had me try this and that on my computer, ruling out the simple things. But the tasks they had me doing quickly got more elaborate, and every email I was working with a new person. They’d email me steps to try, I would perform the steps, and there would never be any change and my headset would still be broken. I’d email back, and I’d get a response like “let’s try this 1 last thing...” My speculation is that the oculus support team is playing “hot potato” with my issue. My guess is that each individual is pressured to keep their “resolved without replacement” rates high, so each support rep is incentivized to “try 1 last thing.” Even if the rep fully suspect that the issue needs resolved via physical replacement, so that the warranty replacement doesn’t get dinged against their metrics (I experienced metrics like these 1st hand when I worked at AT&T years ago, but that’s another story)So that’s where I’m at now, it’s been since 3/13/20 that I 1st tried to resolve this, And my headset is no less broken that the 1st day. (Full disclosure I did get fed up with the endless “try this” and did give up for a brief period) But what stinks is that I was such a word of mouth advocate for Oculus, and now I’m just so frustrated with them.
Review of mi
I have used several Xiaomi phones in the past. In general they were not bad. But I needed a new phone, bought a Poco X6 Pro 5G. I bought the phone in october. The new phones are all delivered with HyperOS, an attemp from Xiaomi to launch their own OS. It contains a lot of serious bugs on which Xiaomi does not act. For instance a not working Android Auto app. First reported (by others) march 2024. Almost a year later still no solution. But also when you open a link you must everytime select to open it with Chrome or Chrome. I have been very patient, not trowing the phone out of the window. Xiaomi stated on their webpage that a new HyperOS 2 version will rollout in November 2024. It is now 23-02-2025 and still no HyperOS 2 or a solution for the bugs on the X6 Pro. I am considering to buy another phone since this is rubbish. And no the new phone will definitly not be from Xiaomi.
Review of mega
This review is specific to the support I received after reporting an issue wherein I was unable to access my account, or open any links on the mega domain. I received an instant confirmation of receipt of my complaint, which was followed very shortly by extremely detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. The instructions worked, and I am very pleased that I can now access my account with no problem.
Review of envato
I have a trouble with my Gmail. It was hacked so I can't log-in to my Envato account. I took my a few days of trying to prove my ownership to my account which is i have paid for annual subscription. Finally I got my account back under a new email address and I'm be able to keep all my download history and my year plan payment. I feel really happy and grateful for that. The account history that I have been using for my Youtube channels so if there is a mistake and I could have been lost my account, my whole team would be in trouble. Thank You
