Refund not processed for a returned order

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience returning an item to Sephora. I returned the item over three weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I reach out, I’m told that the issue is being processed, but it’s clear nothing is happening. I’ve followed all the proper steps, including dropping off the return parcel as instructed, and I expected a much quicker resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing that after so much time, I still have not received any clear answers or my refund. I expected much better service from a company like Sephora.
