G2 has set their guidelines in a very professional manner and is a very useful tool when it comes to buying software and services while dealing in new products in the market where I have to purchase licenses for more than 1000 people in a company and then go through the reviews on G2 marks your half research done.

Just today he allowed an individual to violate community standards in their attack of me, But he and his staff deleted every response I made, including the most benign responses to a horrible comment. The horrible comment remains on my feed, however. This isn’t even about the first amendment. It’s about equality in a extremely biased platform. Shame on you, Mark Zuckerberg.

Forced us off the legacy plan by being accused of using up more credits than we were allowed to. Truth be told, we have never been aware of any credits existing in the first place because we were using the platform quite conservatively. Yet, for some unexplainable reason, last month our credit usage went up 4x the usual and we were told to upgrade now or get our subscription deactivated. As a customer, you are unable to see credits usage history so there is no way for us to verify whether we actually used that many credits or if something fishy was going on. Either way, upgrade-or-die. We complained about the sales tactic to the support but decided to upgrade anyway reasonably assuming that a $20 upgrade wasn't that big of a deal.Lo and behold. The new, upgraded plan did not include all of the features that we had previously. In order to get the same features we would have to go for the $250 plan instead. Mind you, our original plan was only $99/mo. You know what. No, thank you. The question isn't the price, we pay $250 for our Semrush account, The question is how you treat us as your customers trying to squeeze us into a more expensive plan. Well, guess what, from this point on you will get $0/mo and a ruined relationship with us. We will never recommend you to anyone and that's a loss you'll not recover from. Also, waiting for their support to refund our latest payment, so we'll see how that goes.

The quality of Amazon Japan's Business Customer Service has deteriorated markedly from the situation that previously applied up until the middle of 2024 and to the extent that it is no longer possible to feel confident that issues, should they arise, will be dealt with efficiently and effectively. Previously Business Customer Service was very customer centric, efficient, courteous and effective, and freely available in English. Now English Language Support is almost impossible to obtain via chat and can only be obtained via email, lessening the efficiency of the Support Process. Yet Amazon is very happy to enable Business Accounts in Japan to be conducted in English. I have used Amazon Japan for over 10 years and whenever I needed assistance in the past, the experience was very positive. Now, however, this is no longer my experience. Huge, huge thumbs down to Amazon for whatever change in Japan it has recently made to its Japan Customer Service operation.

If I could give zero I would. Total waste of money. They left me stranded on a road at night for 4 and a half hours. I was afraid to leave my car but finally gave up and called an Uber due to it getting dark outside. I will pay cash for a tow truck in morning. Total waste of money. I will definitely be canceling.

This is mainly around the website not so much the customer service, but there’s been quite a few times where I’ve put something in my basket and when I eventually get to the check out, only then does it say the product is out of stock. Also when I purchased a dress, the same thing happened where it said they cancelled the order because of limited stock. I think they should stop advertising items that are out of stock instead of waiting until someone buys it to just cancel the order. Bit of a pain especially if you have a special occasion coming up and your orders are just getting cancelled. Other than that I’ve had no issues with the website and I think it could easily be fixed.

I went to store and the young lady who placed my order online was excellent. However the item not only arrived 3 days late, it wasn’t the item we ordered. Very frustrating, no time to fix it before Christmas, no customer service other than a “chatbot” which is useless. Will have to wait and go to store to get same discounts I originally ordered with. I will not be ordering online from them again. Total failure for no reason

I hate this system so much, it ALWAYS asks you to check for trucks or planes. It's starting to be used in so many websites that it's unavoidable to have to pick a f'in truck or a plane.....like ugh it's ultra annoying and even made me stop using some sites for the inconvenience.
