This is mainly around the website not so much the customer service, but there’s been quite a few times where I’ve put something in my basket and when I eventually get to the check out, only then does it say the product is out of stock. Also when I purchased a dress, the same thing happened where it said they cancelled the order because of limited stock. I think they should stop advertising items that are out of stock instead of waiting until someone buys it to just cancel the order. Bit of a pain especially if you have a special occasion coming up and your orders are just getting cancelled. Other than that I’ve had no issues with the website and I think it could easily be fixed.
