Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. Purchased items from their website on Dec 6th and paid the upgraded Express Delivery service for a UK Delivery. Dec 23rd, STILL NO SIGN OF THE GOODS. Received an automated email on Dec 7th advising items were dispatched. Have tried every single avenue to contact Customer Services. Web Bot is useless, though I did manage to get an email for Customer Services: sent three emails at different times, no response. Have tried telephoning at different times - automated message advising a 1.5 hour wait to answer a call. Finally received a response from Customer Service, which was useless, around three days ago - asking for my Order Number, when a copy of the Order and the Invoice was embedded and attached in original message. Responded immediately - nothing further. I usually never use PayPal as an option on payment, thankfully I did this time, as I've now opened a dispute via PayPal's resolution center. If Uniqlo cannot complete orders and/or dispatch orders due to Covid / Backlog / Stock Shortages, whatever, then DO NOT CONTINUE TAKING CUSTOMERS' MONEY until you have fulfilled your current backlog.
