Following disruption of our travel…

Following disruption of our travel plans, we had to cancel our booking. The app and website did not allow us to cancel, so we had to endure a 1 hr cancellation phone call???Managed to cancel the car rental over the phone, however, the ‘adviser’ didn’t know or have the phone number to cancel as another 3rd party company was involved. Managed to find the third party and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to cancel the booking that the adviser said we were entitled to do too. The whole experience with Expedia has been disgusting. We were sent around and around, another typical display of companies cashing in and robbing people. Will not be using this unstable company again.

Disappointed

Xbox customer service. It was nearly impossible to get any real help. The support system is confusing, with too many hoops to jump through just to speak to someone. After going through endless menus and FAQs, I was left with no real solution to my issue. For a company as big as Xbox, I expected much better. The customer service really needs improvement. Disappointed!

Supposed to have had a delivery on the 16th, received a garbled email after a virtually unintelligible phone conversion with one of their import and customs people, by the time email was received they were closed for the day, called next and got someone who spoke passable English and clarified the info required (had to screenshot the item description from the site of the seller and email to them!) Supposedly sorted on the 16th but still waiting.

The worst language learning app

The worst language learning app. I used this app to learn French because I wanted to watch french stuff and go to France. however, this app is ABSOLUTELY TRASH. they give you 5 hearts, and once you lose them all, you cannot use the app AT ALL. The learning system is stupid. They don't teach you grammar at all. Also, if you accidentally make a mistake, you lose a heart. EVEN IF IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!!! They need to add a feature where if you get a Translate this sentence wrong, you can go back and redo before you lose a heart. I CAN HAVE BASIC CONVERSATIONS IN FRENCH, COUNT FROM 1-10 IN FRENCH. (I used other resources such as Drops, setting my phone language to French, etc.) I am not stupid. they also make you waste money by buying gems to refill your hearts. NOT TO MENTION IT TAKES A DAY AND A HALF TO REFILL!!!!!!! Not to mention that the app gets stuck on the splash screen sometimes, which I doubt they will fix. Worst app ever, do not download unless you want to waste time and money.

Stay far away from Crocs

Stay far away from this app excuse of a retail company. Crocs brand is getting worse due to the poor customer service by staff and the delivery process. I get my parcels from China faster than i do from Crocs which is based in Netherlands. Those Deutch people are probably getting high off their face from the legal marijuana and cannot function even through delivery process. A robot or a pet hamster can do a better than those useless humans. Do not order from Crocs, their 3rd party sellers do a better job.

I could not find a ZERO

I could not find a ZERO! to rate Zoom's pathetic customer service and product. I keep having issues with Zoom where it freezes, and I have to shut down my computer during meetings. I took all my computers to the computer tech and got them reset to factory settings because Zoom kept freezing. Come to find out, it freezes with the paid and free subscriptions. Called Zoom today, and they refuse to provide customer service unless you have a business account. I have a paid Zoom subscription and 4 other accounts, and all the accounts have the same problem. I have deleted the Zoom app, created new Zoom accounts, reformatted my computers, and bought a $159.00 subscription, and it is JUNK!!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

Humiliation

Just seen the bad reviews not surprised. Had a humiliating experience in the Birmingham store today. Been made to feel like I had stolen an item due to the confusing self serve system,which im sure didnt print receipts at the time. The alarmwent off and when i tried to get the tagremoved as they obviously stupidly didnt remove this once I’d purchased the item. It took mearound 20 minutes to resolve the issue in store with everyone watching me. I managed to get the receipt on their website and finally got mytop. Humiliation, will never return. They clearly like to see their customers as thieves. Thanks Zara.
