Great customer support assistant

I have been using Outlook Email on my OS device since 2012. I used Outlook for my daily mailing, but past few days I have been facing the issues of duplicate emails that were in my inbox and I didn't even know who sent them. By continuously facing this issue I tried many things to remove it but I refused to do this.After that, I tried to get some help from Outlook customer support assistant over chat. It was Mr. Donald Olsen who provided me with a step-by-step guide to resolve my issue. And, within 30 minutes as per their guidance, I resolved my duplicate Email issue smoothly, and Now, my Outlook Email is working properly.I would like to thank the Outlook Email customer support team, especially Mr. Donald Olsen, who helped me resolve my issue with easy and simple tricks.

Service is highly unreliable

Service is highly unreliable, and if something significant happens - don't expect Freshdesk to be available to help you. It can take 2-4 days to get a hold of someone EVEN IF YOU ARE FUNCTIONALLY SHUT DOWN.Here was our experience: We had been using Freshdesk for 3-4 years and were relative experts on our plan. We arranged to make a change to our Freshdesk plan to switch to a multi-product platform. We upgraded to a plan costing 7x our current cost per user and requested to speak with a Success Manager to plan to the changes. It took persistence and some time to get on the phone with someone. The person we got has had relatively low product knowledge, but escalated to a very competent product engineer fairly promptly. We confirmed our plan and attempted to implement independently after business hours. We were forced to initiate a backout plan when errors and unpredictable behaviour blocked our completion. Our backout plan partially failed and customers were impacted for 3 days before we were able to get anyone to help us. We heard a myriad of responses via email as to why a phone call was not possible from, "I am not working today" to "I will give you a call next week at your convenience" and "I will have XX get a hold of you to help" - but no call, no chat, no email Q&A -- radio silence. We got the message loud and clear 'you are not that important'.Be warned - if something go wrong, the documentation is very modest and don't necessarily expect help.

Had ordered for Oil dispenser bottle. Shows delivered online but I have not received the product. Called customer service Hindi queue, spoke to Ritesh and Kunal and Deepak. Bad customer service. Ritesh and kunal did not bother to listen and also did not empathise with me. Deepak gave only reassurances.. worst customer support I have received in my life.

They sell your data, and once your email is in their system there’s no way out. Since the day I made a mistake to buy a movie ticket through these SCAMMERS, I’ve been getting over hundreds of scam emails a day and despite blocking these senders I still keep getting at least a hundred emails a day and because of bunch of emails from scammers I miss tons of important emails lost between these. I would just completely get rid of my email but this is a very important email connected to my work and business and just can’t simply get rid of it because freaking FANDANGO decided to sell my data. They’ve become a complete nightmare.

I strongly advise against using their platform.Here’s what happened:Unauthorized Charge & No Delivery – After making a purchase, I never received the item, yet they took my money. Attempts to resolve this issue were unsuccessful.Forced Payments & Admin Access – When you buy a theme from them, they allegedly gain access to your website’s admin panel. If you refuse to make additional payments, they may alter or interfere with your site.Scam-Like Practices – Instead of a straightforward transaction, they seem to use tactics to extract more money from customers post-purchase.

Lots of ads. Was watching Ugly Betty and episode 11 was not in the right order. Sometimes the subtitles are out of sync too. But I like that I am able to watch older shows through the platform for free.

Way too many adverts, ruins the shows to the point they’re unwatchable…. every 10 minutes! Counted 9 adverts in the last break! One hour episodes are taking two hours to watch!

Login and review submission are catastrophic

First of all Capterra never publishes your review when you register with just an email. Forgive me for not having a LinkedIn account and don't want to create one just so I can submit a review.I took the time to write thorough reviews when I registered on their site just to find out that not one of them ever got published. And I also never received any email notification from them.Also: when you try to write a review you have to fill in your details that you already have in your profile, again. Each and every time. When you write to support you don't get an answer, ever. I'm not talking about having waited 2 days and whining now; I'm talking about 2-3 weeks without any communication from them at all.I'm pretty sure they'll respond to my review with "please read our review guidelines" or "write to review@capterra" and stuff like that. Yeah... but what else is there to do when I abide by the guidelines AND I write you and still don't ever hear back from you?Then there's just one thing left: avoid Capterra.

Sans aucune garantie de date exacte de livraison je demande l'annulation de ma commande et son remboursement,en date du 27 MAI je téléphone de nouveau à TEMPS L pour savoir où en est mon remboursement,l'opératrice me répond très désagréablement de patienter leur pratique de remboursement étant de 3 SEMAINES?durant ce temps il travaille avec mon argent sans n'avoir expédié un seul article,donc expérience à fuir à tous les niveaux

trash customer service. I placed an OVER NIGHT delivery order 12/17/2019. today, 12/24/2019 I call the 800 number only to be told that they missed the pick up time?????? WT F is that? so nobody could send it out the 18th 19th 20th????? wt f type of reasoning was that? That's why I always shop JCPENNY. I had to get a refund and now have to scatter and find a gift alternative for my father in law.

Worst Online Shopping Experience

On 3/01/2020 I placed order #1989509793 via the mobile app. On 03/05 I received an email stating that the package had been delivered. I then went to check the time of delivery only to find out that the package had been delivered to an address I haven't lived in for about 4 years. So I think to myself, okay, I may have screwed up let me check the address that I have on file in my account. I did that to only discover that the address is not linked to my account at all. So I then go check my previous orders to see where the lapse in information came from but again, my older orders reflect that address. So confused, I reached out to Macy's to only find out that my only option was to receive a gift card which I was later able to use to re-purchase the items (this is after several phone calls and conversations with 2 different managers/supervisors) The first I spoke with was able to issue me a gift card but no help on how I could actually receive the packages that I ordered. The second manager was able to use the gift card and place the order for my items. The second manager also informed me and reassured me several times that he was able to update the address and he would be able to provide me with a 25% discount coupon for future purchases. So considering the issue my next five questions were "how can I be confident and reassured that if I order in the future, my packages will be delivered to the correct address?". Each (expletive) time I asked he assured me with "ma'am I can assure you that you will not have this issue in the future, I have updated your address". So forward to 03/08, I placed another order (order #1992353262) and I am back in the same damn boat. I received an email this morning stating that my packages will deliver in multiple packages. I go to check the address and it's being delivered to the address that I was assured was removed from my profile. Macy's can't do anything because it has shipped. They can monitor and have UPS send it back to them. In order for me to receive my items I have 2 options: one; pay for the items and once Macy's receives them back I can get a credit and two; wait for Macy's to receive the items and they can issue me another gift card and they can then use it to repurchase my items. But in the mean time my packages are being delivered to an unknown person who lives in a complex where they are stealing packages that are left outside, so people are walking around in stuff that was paid for with my blood swear and tears. I work 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with 6 kids at home. I do not have the time to sit outside and wait for packages to be delivered. When I was told that the issue was resolved I trusted that and I went out on faith and placed another order. It's not often that I get to shop but when I do it's for quality and I thought I would receive that from Macy's, but the quality of customer service is really missing from what I have experienced. But I am only one person that is contributing to their sales so I guess I don't matter and I have been shown that several times within a week. So thank you Macy's!
