I used my secondary gmail to sign up as I didnt trust the site. As I don't use the email often I forgot about it. When I tried to log in to that email after a few months had passed it said password had been changed. I managed to recover the account and I noticed it had two messages from Google. The first one said "academia.edu has access to your account" the second message had arrived about 20 minutes after that one which said "your password has been changed". I'm pretty sure someone at academia.edu changed my Gmail password! If that's not enough they spam you with messages trying to scam you into paying for premium access.
Review of kickstarter
I have backed quite a few projects on Kickstarter since 2015, 12 to be exact. Now most have been a (pretty) good experience, but Kickstarter seems to attract scammers nowadays. And Kickstarter does nothing to protect the people who invest their hard earned money in these projects. All they do is take their 5% and then it's between you and the creator(s).How could they? They provide the platform, they charge your credit card and they should make sure the creators are for real. If you contact support, they do not take any responsibility, because after the campaign has ended "it's between you and the creator". How can it be between me and the creator if the creator is completely incommunicado and has no website, email or other means to communicate outside of the Kickstarter platform? Terrible customer service as they only defend the creators and forget that Kickstarter is nowhere without the backers as they provide the money of which Kickstarter gladly takes 5% and then backs out.So I will never back any project on Kickstarter again and I hope everyone reading this will be warned and ignores Kickstarter campaigns, no matter how interesting and attractive they seem.

NEVER buy anything from Best Buy. I placed an online order for software. They downloaded it to a defunct, no longer active account -- I have no idea how they attained the information for said account because I never provided it. Could not use the product, requested a refund to my credit card. Twelve days later, they said oh no, they'll only refund with store credit because the software had been downloaded. Never mind that THEY downloaded it into an account I never authorized nor even knew about and have no access to. THEIR error! I neither want nor need store credit and they're the ones who screwed up and cost me hours of time trying to straighten out the mess they made. HORRIBLE customer NO-service. Never, never ever will I spend one cent with them again. Go somewhere else, please. Boycott this store.

I bought a $200 pair of ear buds 2 weeks ago and one side stopped charging took them back in to exchange them and they charged me $50 also bought there two year warranty on my new phone for $300 and when the screen cracked the charged me another $150 to replace the screen which is the same price to get it replaced without the warranty best buy is a major scam I suggest no one ever shop there anymore I wont

I mentioned earlier on that I did not want the product; the toilet flush cover does not fit my toilet. What for I keep it. !? AliExpress never sent me the return label because all of your products are from China, therefore, the postage would probably cost more than the product!Aliexpress would therefore rather let me have it and only refund me £3 instead. However, your website stated your policy of return 30 days. So I just want to have my right as a customer to get my full refund of £28 as soon as possible. I would like to highlight with you that other firms in this market, like Temu, Taobao, Amazon, etc, all provide FREE return labels and sometimes you do not even need to return the goods but for goodwill allow the customer to keep it and they will refund FULL amount. Doesn't even deserve 1 star if that was a choice. Biggest scam that has probably been going for the longest number of years in history. I cancelled the towing and rental car coverage on my insurance to keep the claims history clear for those types of issues under the impression there were benefits under AAA. Yea, 3 miles of towing and 1 complimentary day of a rental car. Are you kidding me??? And "upgrading" results in 100 miles for ONE TOW A YEAR!!!!!! Give me a break. And if you find ONE nice person on the phone, you should hire them for your own business.

Terrible support. I changed phone and my authenticator codes didn't migrate properly so I can't get into my playstation store account. Chat goes to a bot, which sent a password reset link (I know my password) and then won't let me use chat again for 24 hours!!! Absolutely unreal. Just about the fastest way to upset your customers - tell them they have used support once already so you won't help them again until they have cooled off for 24 hours...really!! Whoever came up with that idea is a moron.

Rankmath used to be good but their price has shot up and cancelling your subscription isn't obvious. I thought I had cancelled but obviously not as I was charged at double the price of the year before. Asking for a refund was like asking something preposterous.

Good products but BAD customer service. We bought a £980 washer dryer and installation was included complementary. When installers came in, first they said supplied pipe is too short and then also hole for pipes is not too wide for all pipes. They left without installation. I called a plumber who was able to install at the same place using same pipe and hole and charged his fee. When I requested reimbursement from LG, they refused straight-away.

This site advertised old jobs to suck me in... I subscribed and commited when they suggested that I was an ideal candidate for plenty of jobs; However, as a British person, I am inegible for almost all jobs of any real substance or interest. I am sure it is great for some, but not many!

The website takes longer to load and get the right page up than it does to watch an episode of anything!! And theres a whole plethora of adverts to battle through at seemingly random and annoying times. But most importantly the actual website is SOOOOO slow and unreliable its just completely un-usable. Would rather not watch anime than have to watch it on crunchyroll Right now.
