NEVER buy anything from Best Buy. I placed an online order for software. They downloaded it to a defunct, no longer active account -- I have no idea how they attained the information for said account because I never provided it. Could not use the product, requested a refund to my credit card. Twelve days later, they said oh no, they'll only refund with store credit because the software had been downloaded. Never mind that THEY downloaded it into an account I never authorized nor even knew about and have no access to. THEIR error! I neither want nor need store credit and they're the ones who screwed up and cost me hours of time trying to straighten out the mess they made. HORRIBLE customer NO-service. Never, never ever will I spend one cent with them again. Go somewhere else, please. Boycott this store.
