AliExpress never sent me the return label because all of your products are from China, therefore, the postage would probably cost more than the product!Aliexpress would therefore rather let me have it and only refund me £3 instead. However, your website stated your policy of return 30 days. So I just want to have my right as a customer to get my full refund of £28 as soon as possible. I would like to highlight with you that other firms in this market, like Temu, Taobao, Amazon, etc, all provide FREE return labels and sometimes you do not even need to return the goods but for goodwill allow the customer to keep it and they will refund FULL amount.
