I am very disappointed with the level of GetResponse's technical support quality. In a very short period, after I purchased a premium subscription, I went through daily struggles with GetResponse low-quality GetResponse team. Once, the chat agent closed the chat on me unnecessarily before completely resolving my technical issue. This happened twice with different agents. Another problem was when I requested GetResponse technical team to set up my email records, they did it for one record and simply ignored the rest of the settings. I discovered the miss after four days. When I contacted GetResponse back, they did the remaining settings and refused to even apologize for the low quality. I am sure the technical support guy is well-protected by his Supervisor. Also, another problem that I faced was the resistance of Supervisors to refer the low support case to the GetResponse Director. The Supervisor kept claiming that he was qualified to handle my complaints without referring to the Director. I learned that GetResponse Directors are living in an ivory tower away from customers with the help of such Supervisors. Finally, my account was suspended unnecessarily due to internal regulations within GetResponse organization. Despite the detailed explanation I provided, they don't bother to keep my account suspended unnecessarily. Once again, I requested the Director's involvement, and the team did a good job of not disturbing the Director's nap. I am finally fed up with their poor support and irresponsible way of supporting customers.I sent a screenshot showing GetResponse agent closing the chat after around one minute but still GetResponse supervisor keep defending her chat agent (Igor). How can I prove it more than a screenshot?!! Supervisor answer is a clear reflection of biasing and corruption. Also, despite my repeated response that I have sent same confirmation details, the GetResponse supervisor is keep hiding her failure by claiming that I sent more details in my second communication attempt. I never seen somebody hiding obvious facts unless the corruption in the organization already reached the bones. I strongly believe that if someone wants to see a failing organization, he should subscribe to GetResponse.!!!

If you work for EA you should literally just commit. Disgusting company and if you work for companies like this you deserve the same as them. Stop supporting them stop working for them.Banned from EA games for using the word Idiot in game. Lost access to all my games and all my paid content with no warnings no nothing instantly banned losing everything. When contacting them they literally just laughed at my frustration on the phone telling them they just stole 1000s of dollars from me for me saying idiot they found it hilarious on the phone.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with Booking.com and want to warn others especially disabled travellers.I was refused entry to a hotel I booked through Booking.com because I have an assistance dog, despite being legally entitled to have her with me. I have serious health conditions and rely on my service dog for support. The hotel showed no compassion or understanding, and I was left without a place to stay ill, distressed, and completely unsupported.To make things worse, the hotel then charged me a “no-show” fee even though it was them who rejected me. That’s not just unfair it’s outrageous.I called Booking.com first thing in the morning and was told someone would look into it. Hours later, I called again because I’d had no update. The second customer service rep told me the person I spoke to earlier “forgot” to process my complaint and then said there was nothing she could do. No resolution. No refund. No support. No accountability.I have been scammed, discriminated against, and made to feel utterly invisible by both the hotel and Booking.com. I trusted Booking.com to protect me as a customer and especially as a disabled guest and that trust has been completely broken.This situation has caused me so much stress, anxiety, and emotional pain. Booking.com clearly does not have proper systems in place to support vulnerable travellers, and they’re allowing hotels to get away with discriminatory practices.Avoid this platform if you are disabled or need any level of support. You will be left to fend for yourself.

The days of Nokia as a reliable, credible company are long gone. The Nokia 800 Tough and SIM I bought couldn’t make calls, texts or WhatsApp. I’ve been trying to return them since December 2022 but to no avail. I’m also being charged £8 per month for the SIM they won’t cancel. I’ve had to resort to making a claim through my bank. Just awful.

Unfortunately the reporting is still at 20% in factual reliability , knowledge and news , tending to create untruth for comment .the paper was one of respect for many instead one of now obstructing truth and preferring fictional content on important subjects . The paper in the last year has now become a tick box comic restricting good knowledge rather than a respected or informative news source .

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with a few sellers and also the delay of the item that no one has picked up the parcel to deliver it to the destination country; the item is sitting idle. There are no such options for express service, which is very bad and miscommunication with the seller as well because of no English speaker, plus there is no security in payments. lost money on one item because the listing was not as true as in the photo. One of the parcels that I paid for, which is more than a week old, is very disappointing. I want AliExpress to be closed permanently because of this problem.

Purchased a Revlon turbo blow dryer (1875 watt) paying with cash. 45 or so days later the dryer shorts out and actually melts at the plug. Took back for exchange at Target and was told NO, had to return through Revlon. Contacted Revlon and was told NO, had to return/exchange through Target. So here I am with a clearly defective blow dryer and I can't get either Target or Revlon to exchange out. I am upset with Target as I am a regular shopper and don't understand why they won't back a product that they sold. I just want to get what I paid for and unfortunately, neither party wants to offer that. BOOOOOOOO Target!!! BOOOOOOOOOO Revlon!!!
