Purchased a Revlon turbo blow dryer (1875 watt) paying with cash. 45 or so days later the dryer shorts out and actually melts at the plug. Took back for exchange at Target and was told NO, had to return through Revlon. Contacted Revlon and was told NO, had to return/exchange through Target. So here I am with a clearly defective blow dryer and I can't get either Target or Revlon to exchange out. I am upset with Target as I am a regular shopper and don't understand why they won't back a product that they sold. I just want to get what I paid for and unfortunately, neither party wants to offer that. BOOOOOOOO Target!!! BOOOOOOOOOO Revlon!!!
