The best place to buy vintage games! I recently picked up the "Links" series as a present to myself (on a handy sale) and realized I have been a customer for over 10 years now. This is now my first choice for online game store as they have great games, great customer service, and DRM free options.
Review of envato
I purchased a faulty WordPress module on Envato and never received a refund, despite providing clear evidence. The support team delays responses for days or even weeks, seemingly to push you past the 30-day refund window – after which they demand even more proof.I spent hours trying to install and troubleshoot the theme. After I sent detailed screenshots of the issues, I received a response weeks later, asking for new screenshots. By then, I had already uninstalled the broken design, and I would have had to reinstall the faulty product just to reproduce the errors again. This process feels like a deliberate tactic to wear down customers and avoid refunds, while sellers are never held accountable.Never again. Envato offers no real buyer protection, slow support, and a deeply frustrating refund process.

Review of zoom
I would have left a zero star review if that were possible, but Zoom gets one start here. My initial contact with Zoom for a United Pro plan was quite good. They had a sales rep contact me and even do a Zoom call to answer questions. I am impressed with the products they offer, so this was a tough decision to make as to whether to subscribe to their service. After the Zoom call, everything started to go downhill. I was never able to connect by video or phone again with my rep, and I ran into a bug with the purchase page on their web site. To get around this the rep had to push the purchase through with a E-Sign document and have my account that I created for the demo period charged.I needed to port a number over from another service and had questions about this. The only responses I got were links to pages on their site that explained porting. Of course I had more questions, but these were never adequately answered. On top of this, it always takes a full day for them to respond to my emails. After the service was officially started, we noticed that we were not able to assign phone numbers to any of the users, and the video meetings were limited to 40 minutes. It turns out the rep signed us up for the wrong service. After about 4-5 days of emails, we finally got the correct service working.Next came the challenge of porting our main company number. If you buy a 6 user United Pro license, you are able to assign 6 phone numbers. As you know, needs a main phone number, which is the one I needed to port from the other service. In order to configure the auto attendant and get all of the call ques set up, I needed to assign one of the user phone numbers as the temporary main number until the porting was completed. This begs the question: Why was there not a temporary main number already assigned? And why did I have to use a user's number to have a temporary main number? I don't know of one company in the universe who would use one of their user's phone numbers as the main company number!!!Now I have spend over a week trying to get a phone number assigned to the lone user without a number. The real kicker here is that you are unable to talk directly with anyone who can actually help you. They have a sales number on their site, but the person who answers your call here is about as good as an after hours calling service. They send a message to your sales rep and can't do anything else. I spend $1500 up front for 6 users of this service and I am unable to speak directly with a support or sales person! This is not only ridiculous, it is unacceptable!!The only reason I bought their service is because the product is good, but I am a hair away from dropping it if I can't do something as simple as add a phone number for a user. Something, by the way, that never should have been required in the first place!

Review of gumroad
Gumroad is a place that obviously allows pornography listings and profits from pornography sales. I would never willingly list my product on the same page right next to extremely graphic Porn images for sale. For many professional reasons! Unfortunately Gumroad allows that.kidmo?recommended_by=search

Review of blogger
Not much to complain about honestly. I never really read other people's blogs just because I don't find them that interesting but the way you can create your own and customize it is really amazing. They have really made a sucessful website espcially considering that can even make money off of it so it really motivates people to make their own blogger.

Review of 1password
I’ve been on 1Password now for the trial period and have been very happy with the result, converting my antiquated password scheme, about 120 passwords, over to recommended passwords. It took a lot of work, but once and done.Yesterday, one day before I was to be billed post trial period, I was notified that my credit card had been compromised. I was concerned that 1Password would just turn the service off. I notified them and they simply extended the trial period to accommodate my situation. I was amazed at their understanding, compassion and integrity. Bravo!!!

Review of LinkedIn
LinkedIn is just fair when it comes to an employment related social media type of website. The premium features are pretty expensive for what you get. I will say that it is pretty good for putting your professional profile out on the internet for everyone to see, however there is something missing and I just can't quite figure out what it is. Maybe, lack of a sufficient actual userbase?
Review of Facebook
Got hacked. Facebook had no security at all for someone getting into your account and changing the password and the email address. I had 2FA set up, which ironically, stopped me from entering into my account on a different device. I used Facebook to set up a business and now it's all gone and deleted. I'm over Facebook. This is the third time this has happened and I can't be bothered anymore. There's a reason Facebook is dying and I can't wait for META to crash in the stock market. Just endless loops for the account recovery and requesting messenger codes that don't get sent.
