I wish I should read reviews of this company on trustpilot. My site cancelled in 3 months and Now my sales drop. I am losing all the data. Mentally sick person hired who don't care customers. I am very worry about this. All my website data lost and I have invested 50k$ on all the products shooting.
Review of softwareadvice
Adam D. was extremely helpful when I did a basic internet search for software programs in our line of work. He gave me a couple of companies that were good matches, then there were references that I called and could get quick feedback. I believe his information saved me hours of time in narrowing down the best options.
Review of seatgeek
I am writing regarding a recent experience with SeatGeek, that I believe reflects fraudulent practices and extremely poor customer service. On February 11th, I attempted to purchase tickets for a Beyoncé concert through SeatGeek's website. My first transaction was declined on their website due to my credit card company stopping the payment, suspecting fraud. I then reattempted the purchase, and this time the payment went through. However, there was only a three-minute interval between the two transactions, and I was subsequently charged twice on my credit card.Concerned about the duplicate charges, I reached out to SeatGeek's customer service for clarification on why they attempted to rerun my card after the initial transaction was declined. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was deeply frustrating. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful, often hanging up on me and refusing to escalate my concerns to a manager. Each time, I was told that my issue would be "escalated internally," but I was never given the opportunity to speak with someone who could provide further assistance. After waiting for a follow-up email, I was instructed to resell the tickets. However, I have not received any tickets—electronic or otherwise—and nothing is visible in my account. This situation is not only confusing but also unacceptable, as I am left with duplicate charges and no tickets to show for my purchase.I believe that SeatGeek's practices are misleading and potentially fraudulent, and their customer service is severely lacking. This is really a simple fix!

Looks more like a scam. We have paid 4,000 USD to apply for a trademark in 3 jurisdictions, where the total cost for registration is under 1,000 USD. They just translate the application and file it for you. After that, they take no responsibility, they make no further action in relation to the registry and send no notification on the status. They take the money and charge 4 times more for doing translation work and filing a form. Very dissapointed. I would have never paid for this if it was more clear on their website what they actually provide.

Review of intuit
I knew my subscription was coming up for renewal and so checked a few times under my account for the renewal price. It seemed very reasonable so I waited for it to renew. Today I was charged over £427 by Intuit without any notification. There was also no invoice sent, I had to go into my account and find the invoice. I called the customer service team who were very rude and constantly talked over me to the point where I had to say can you stop talking over me. She just repeated the same information time and time again without actually listening to my complaint. I asked if the call could be escalated to which I was put on hold and then told someone would email me or call me back. I am not holding my breath as to whether or not this actually happens. It is a shame as the system is quite good.

Review of discordapp
Discord was great until it wasn't. As a communication platform it's been absolutely perfect, however, my credentials got hacked by a bot and started sending "free subscriptions" to everyone in every server I was in. As you can imagine that adds up and is quite terrifying. I caught it fairly early on and my banking institution halted the fraudulent charges, however, any form of "chargeback" breeches Discord's ToS. My fault for not reading the fine print I suppose - But anyone would react swiftly if their financials were at stake. I reported the hack to them immediately but didn't know I had to handle the charges a "certain way" or risk losing the account being locked forever. At the same time I almost don't want the account back at all because I've no idea how it was compromised. I do want my information removed from it for obvious reasons - But I can always make a new one if needed. Discord has done nothing but send me automated responses that are neither helpful nor do they answer any questions. They locked the account NOT because of the reported hack (ironically I got another automated msg about it a week later saying there might have been suspicious activity) but because I dared to stop a bot from draining my accounts. Then proceeded to give me a warning about handling improperly. There has been zero support. Zero customer service. It's a trainwreck that THANK GOODNESS my financial institution is willing to help me sort out because sadly Discord is not. This was an unfortunate set of circumstances. There's no obvious rhyme or reason for it. The hack wasn't Discords fault, nor mine, though I suppose that depends on perspective - But my issue raised with Discord is the absolutely atrocious way they handled their responses and completely blew me off for over a week. Scams, hacks, bots are serious business. I wish someone at Discord knew that.

Review of zazzle
I recently put together a calendar of the pictures my granddaughter drew, for each month. The quality of the calendar was extraordinary. The color was very clear. This is my second project that Zazzle has completed. i have also had business cards printed up. I was amazed at the quality of the card paper. Their website is very easy to navigate.

Review of hotels
I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a hotel through Hotels.com, hubbys 50th so went all out for it only to arrive and find that the booking did not exist. This caused significant stress and inconvenience as we had to scramble for accommodation at the last minute. When I contacted Hotels.com to resolve the issue, they outright lied, claiming that I had cancelled the booking. This is entirely false—it’s still showing as active on my app. Their dishonesty is clearly an attempt to avoid taking responsibility for their failure. This lack of accountability and refusal to address complaints is unacceptable. Hotels.com’s approach has left me with no trust in their service, and I would caution others to avoid booking through them. Save yourself the frustration and book directly with the hotel or through a more reliable platform.
