if only I could give a zero review, maybe even a negative number I’m having problems with my account. I’ve registered for course paid for a course still not available to find my tickets. It does not link with my current account when I click on the tickets from the email it does not go to my account there’s no way to contact anyone at this company. They have no contact support number for AI robot doesn’t work worst company in the world.

Not normally a fan of EA, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the speed and effectiveness of their customer service. I lost my email and couldn’t log into my account. The representative that helped was very clear and effective, and stayed with me the whole time. I had my account back in less than 30 mins. 10/10

My (former Diamond member) observations regarding chess.com poor trustworthiness:- demonstrated inability to address cheating- storing payment and other uniquely identifier data without consent or notice- early (six weeks before membership expiry) auto-renewal without notice- disabling membership/account contact facility on the chess.com platform while maintaining appearance of the sameIn sum, Chess.com will promote their mission to demonstrate and educate users about the game while actively engaging in unethical practice. I argue this conduct leaves chess players worse off.Update: Based on the reply - hard to see this response as anything other than disingenuous. As stated earlier, I will repeat, support and help links on the site do not work. Such is documented on chess.com forums. The reiterated commitments from chess.com look more like theft and omission.

After spending literally months choosing my new android phone utilising You-tube HTC - Nokia 5 comparison I opted for the Nokia 5, smart design, sturdy aluminium body, polarised display ( works great in sunlight) easy to set up ( great for the total novice), battery life amazingly good 3 to 4 days before needing a charge, considering the use I put it to. Amazing photo quality, seamless streaming. Have owned it now 2 months, thought it best to try it out properly before leaving feed back / review. Best price at Argos click and collectI would genuinely and sincerely recommend this phone to anyone, especially if you not tech savvy.

My little boy has been playing with Legos since I can remember and he still plays with him now and he has been playing with them for six years and I think he will be playing with Legos for six more years and so will his little sister Legos are original and I played with them when I was little and I'm 35 so I think Legos rock you can't go wrong with buying Legos.

I seem to have had the same experience with Hootsuite as everyone else on Trustpilot. I signed up for the free trial period and opted to pay for the monthly subscription, yet Hootsuite attempted to take an enormous 'annual fee' out of my bank account. Fortunately, my bank stopped the transaction and blocked all future payments to them (at the inconvenience of replacing my bank card). I've raised a complaint with Hootsuite's chat agent (who I think is just a chatbot and not a real person), and they said they'd contact me to resolve the problem (it's been a full day, and I've received nothing from them). There is no customer service number, and no other way to get in touch with Hootsuite - and it seems as though the vast majority of people who sign up are having the same problem. I've also tried to cancel/delete my account to no avail.
