Amazon sells dangerous products on their site and didn't even let me claim a refund or replacement:

Order # 404-1496232-6613135 on AmazonProduct: Prestige Mavel Glass Top 4 Burner Gas Stove, Manual Ignition (X000ZXD81D)I ordered the glass top stove on Amazon (India) last year.The glass top blew up while I was cooking food. Luckily I wasn't in the kitchen or I could have gotten hurt really bad. Unlike what is described, the product is NOT shatter-proof as glass shards flew all over in the kitchen.The blast was very intense and I believe the cause may have been overheating but I'm wondering why would it still explode in the first place. Several customers who have bought this product have also complained of the same thing on Amazon.I even tried to post a review on Amazon but it denied to post my review on their site due to some goofy reasons.The product is still under warranty but no refund or servicing facility from Prestige.Really disappointed.I don't understand why Amazon is still selling such products on their site.If Amazon sells dangerous products on their site they should atleast take responsibility to help their customers claim refund smoothly too.They are literally being unresponsible and directed me to contact Prestige directly which also doesn't respond. As a customer what can I do Besides asking Amazon to coordinate with Prestige and get me refund or replacement of the faulty product?Worst service from Prestige and Amazon both!

My wife and I ordered a patio set through the local warehouse and it still took 3 weeks to arrive. The table top had scratches and dents all over it, and the chairs had to be put together with screws, but the screws were not in the 2 boxes that came except in the table box, but not in the chair box. I went back to temu to get help for a return/refund and they sent one (1) fed ex label for the boxes that came. They said print the label for one box only. So I messaged them again for a second label to send the other box back, but they refused. They said I have to send the 2nd box back at my expense and they are not sending a label for the other one, even though the patio set arrived in two boxes. Trying to get help through the merchant was a waste of time. Trying to get help through temu customer service is very stressful because they were no help either.The 2nd box that we still have has the dented and scratched up table top. I even sent them pictures of the damaged table top but they do not care. The chairs were only sent back via fedex because of the ONE (1) return label. They take days to respond. Now I'm going to do a dispute with my credit card company. UPDATE: Temu will not follow up on this matter because if they were serious they would not have replied saying contact them through Temu.com or chat live because they know they trained their workers not to do a refund and give every excuse through their canned message system. Since they have a headquarters in Boston in a suite on the 3rd floor of the building they are renting out of, it is time to take this further to make headlines about how they don't take matters like this seriously, and how they have no problem keeping someone else's money and I have a damaged tabletop that they refuse to send another return label so I can't send it back like i did the chairs. Today, I received the screws in the mail to put the chairs together. I ALREADY SENT BACK THE CHAIRS LAST WEEK via their fedex return label. When we first discussed the screws with the Temu merchant they said it could take 2 weeks to a month to get them here. We don't need the screws now! The chairs are returned!!!! Send another return label for the tabletop and then refund us in full!! We should not have to pay for a return when your policy allow free returns, especially on items that arrive damaged.

Rip Offs

I just want people to know that i was somehow signed up for dashpass without knowing. I didn't notice on my credit card statement for over five months at $9.99 a month. I asked for a refund with no response. It was a sneaky way for them to make extra money. Imagine all the other people they have done this to? Needless to say I canceled the service. I just wanted to let others know about their sneaky ways of taking money from customers.

DON'T BUY THIS SCAM CRAP.

Bought a $500 kitchen hutch. Had it professionally put together. Entire thing is falling apart after only 4 months. Tried to return, was told it was beyond their 30 day policy and there was nothing they would do. Their stuff is pure garbage. Nothing but cardboard and particle board held together with school glue.Might as well have built my own out of cards.

Don't do it, just don't!

Don't do it, just don't.... Issues upon issues upon issues. They sell you the dream that literally turned into a nightmare the moment we signed up. They make empty promises, the support staff can never assist or guide you down the wrong path, I really cannot do this anymore. Out of frustration we went to the sales guy with our complaints and his reaction was "Well, what do you want me to do about it?"Hubspot cannot take accountability and they are money-hungry with the pricing packages. Due to an error in their system, our package was upgraded. They 'made an exception' to downgrade us back to the original package and then had the audacity to tell me that we would be billed for the 3 or 4 odd days that we had access to the upgraded system (no additional features, only and increase in contacts, and it was not used, AND WE WERE NOT AT FAULT! We informed them of the upgrade the moment we saw it and it took them 3-4 days to sort out their stuff). They do not care for the SMEs, take no accountability and ALWAYS opt for the excuse 'user error'. I can sympathise with every single bad review on this platform.
