Not all that glitters is gold

A very nice frontend, very smart marketing built around a solution that is simply poorly engineered and does not work as advertised. Switched to MailChimp - they may not have all the features GetResponse claims to have, but at least id does what it's supposed to do.

No customer service or protection at all

My original page was hacked. Reported it. Nothing done for months. The kicker was today, I discovered my new page was disabled. No review. Just disabled. The only help from Meta was a call center that balked when I refused to provide my banking info. They do nothing to protect their clients and make no effort to verify if something is indeed fraudulent. This is while my hacker continues to harass my friends and family under my identity. It’s time for a class action lawsuit I think.

I have bought the ticket from them and they send me confirmation for my booking and I had to travel to London to be attend in parliament event and at the door they didn't let me in and they said you confirmation is not enough and I was so disappointment and I checked whole the site and there was no other way to say you need 2 confirmation. It was a bad game started from host and website and later on the host told we select from guest who has highest education and high-level in political activity!Is it make sense??It was like that why they didn't mention from beginning??

take me off the airline with no notice

if there is a zero star i will give them 0.I was going to take my flight from london to malaysia ,when checked in they can not find my name,i clearly holding a ticket with all the confirmation on it. unfortunately they not allowed me to board, i have to stay in hotel for a week and buy a new ticket from another airline. customer service was very poor, they took you round and not take responsibility for any mistake they made. no refund was given. I was shocking . been using this airline for 10 years now. I would strongly not recommend it to anyone . Think twice before you buy tickets from this airline.

Seems like every reply to the issues on here is "sorry or We're sorry". I don't want you to be sorry for this (you'll have enough time to be sorry if you fail and can't keep subscribers) just fix these issues. Its a software bug and is indeed fixable. There is significant issues in the Andriod app and minor issues in Windows. I've tried other music apps and have not had the issues I've had so far using this service. Hire better programmers if you have too, otherwise you might not find a business here.

Poor service from an normally respectable company. To leave a code that they know will not work in order to gain orders seems very shady , wether this was to improve first glance sales figures or in the vain hope that some people with just received order with out code or even simple incompetence, any way it's very bad look and service and well below the standards I expect.

Sent in a question that was never answered. Then a few days after I sent in a different question and, all the variables I sent in were incorrect. I had to resend, then it was answered correctly, however an additional question was taken off my choices for the one they answered incorrectly. Feedback: You should have an option to communicate with the person that responded or to edit the questions sent.

Thievery Corporation

Great venue at the Round House small enough to be intimate with the band. TC were on fire as it was the last date of their European tour. Turned in a rolling turnaround of singers with tracks as diverse and in the style of Downtempo Chill-out, Dub Lounge, Electronica, Trip hop. And played a range of classic tracks Richest Man in Babylon, Radio Retaliation, Stargazer, Shaolin Satellite etc and a memorable chorus from the audience on Lebanese Blonde.

Galaxy Book Pro 360 which was…from another galaxy

Galaxy Book Pro 360 which was completely erratic and finally closed down completely with blank screen and would not accept PIN to restart. Samsung solution is to send codes to a laptop that cannot receive them because it has shut down but fortunately I have another laptop which works. Fortunately the device is under guarantee and will be returned to London shop Lewis where hopefully they can replace it with anything other than Samsung. The reviews on this device are a complete deception .

Terrible service from Amazon yet again

Terrible service from Amazon yet again, always deliver to the wrong address which is not even in the same street. Despite telling driver of the issue which keeps occurring he says he sticks the computer navigation and ignores the fact that he has a parcel under 1 address and entering a complete different one..luckily I am on a free trial with Prime as I wouldn’t recommend. An investigation into finding your own parcel every time they say it’s delivered. Complete shambles of a company, getting fast delivery on prime and yet taking you days to locate the item..pointless to say the least.. glad to say I am cancelling the free trial and won’t be using again..

Had did a BBB complaint on Key Property Mgmt of Las Vegas early Jan 2025 as this owner doesn't have great leadership was directed to him if any issues from property owner, who cowardly couldn't take the responsibility but gave it to another coward who ghosted me since the legal action from 2022 that they acted like they didn't exist when found out it was their fault as well as the HOA, First Service Residential, but no one in this world seems to admit it maturely but to blame it on a veteran to pay everything out of pocket for them as they're both not knowing how to be responsible adults. This case was about excessive noise pollution of family from overseas who moved here 2023 and I moved here since 2011. How messed up is the picture when I tried to complain about their little vicious kids who vandalized my home twice then overwhelmed me of their nuisance disruptive living as this is a quiet community, per HOA security. The closing of the case from LV BBB on Key Property Mgmt (Rep is Terry C) was unfair as he got his last word to me which was a lie to me and this wasn't resolved till he contacts the property owner himself as I told him she will not respond to me at all, even if she went through the LA fire. I've dealt with this BBB from the past up to now even who covered this case is a bit rude to me but I know God looks over these people and I believe what goes around comes around for those who wrong people.
