Had did a BBB complaint on Key Property Mgmt of Las Vegas early Jan 2025 as this owner doesn't have great leadership was directed to him if any issues from property owner, who cowardly couldn't take the responsibility but gave it to another coward who ghosted me since the legal action from 2022 that they acted like they didn't exist when found out it was their fault as well as the HOA, First Service Residential, but no one in this world seems to admit it maturely but to blame it on a veteran to pay everything out of pocket for them as they're both not knowing how to be responsible adults. This case was about excessive noise pollution of family from overseas who moved here 2023 and I moved here since 2011. How messed up is the picture when I tried to complain about their little vicious kids who vandalized my home twice then overwhelmed me of their nuisance disruptive living as this is a quiet community, per HOA security. The closing of the case from LV BBB on Key Property Mgmt (Rep is Terry C) was unfair as he got his last word to me which was a lie to me and this wasn't resolved till he contacts the property owner himself as I told him she will not respond to me at all, even if she went through the LA fire. I've dealt with this BBB from the past up to now even who covered this case is a bit rude to me but I know God looks over these people and I believe what goes around comes around for those who wrong people.

Found a holiday home in France on Vrbo checked dates all ok, for 4 Adults & 3 children, paid our deposit plus the extra £59 for any damages, payment taken out of account. 12 hours later recieved an email saying the dates are unavailable due to the proprietor wanting to increase the cost for year 2024. I didn't think that could be done. So please be careful. One day later checked the same dates for the same holiday let it had gone up by £900. Dreadful company. As a host they currently owe me almost 5,000gbp. They have been palming me off with an excuse for the past 6 weeks that they can’t pay it into my given bank account, despite me using this same account for air b n b and booking.com without an issue. In addition I have offered to give them another bank account of mine which they refused to allow me to do. Essentially I can’t win and I can’t think of any other reason for this other than they essentially don’t want to pay me. The customer service team including Eman and Neha have been useless as best. Despite being told I would be kept updated I’ve barely heard from them and I’ve never heard from the illusive ‘hyperwallets’ team, I have asked 3 times for this to be escalated to a manager with absolutely no luck what so ever. I will be seeking legal action as I don’t know what else to do.

It is cumbersome to navigate, so, creative high-level support professionals like Uwe are critical for non tech-savvy individuals like myself.
