Seems like every reply to the issues on here is "sorry or We're sorry". I don't want you to be sorry for this (you'll have enough time to be sorry if you fail and can't keep subscribers) just fix these issues. Its a software bug and is indeed fixable. There is significant issues in the Andriod app and minor issues in Windows. I've tried other music apps and have not had the issues I've had so far using this service. Hire better programmers if you have too, otherwise you might not find a business here.
