Inexistence and ineffective Customer Service. My suitcase was broken in a Emirates flight more than a month ago, K2 Global Ltd is the company managing the replacement which denied a same brand replacement. Since 17/05 I raised the complained to Emirates Baggage department to obtain a brand for brand replacement. No response from Emirates, there is no way to escalate an issue, I am a frequent flyer which needs the suitcase and my requests have been completly ignored (calling every 2 days). Emirates is proud to sell itself as a world class airline, I am afraid to say their Customer Service is not better than a budget airline.

Customer support blocks you from chatting with them. I was blocked after trying to get your account back. And now forced to wait up to 72 hours PER ANSWER I have spendt about 700£ on the account and i cannot get it back unless i provide an ip i no longer have.NEVER use EA for anything, stick to steam

EA is absolute crap and a thief! There needs to be another way to be able to verify my account rather than information that is no longer obtainable. I have been locked out of my account because I no longer have the email address that is on file and I do not remember the password. The information that is needed is no longer obtainable from my previous bank or ISP. So all the money that I have spent and all the games that I have lost are gone because EA does not have any other way of verifying me. Even games that I have the CDs and CD keys I can no longer use because the keys have been used. Until this is resolved to were I have my account again I will give a negative review about EA to everyone I know and online! EA is a crap company!

I had the legacy Canva Teams plan. It was scheduled for renewal on April 2. I went to go pay it on April 1 and they already cancelled it. When I reached out, they mentioned timezone excuses. None of their emails mentioned timezones. They refused to put me back on the plan even when it was their issue. I will be looking for an alternative. I no longer trust Canva.

The amount of money spent in producing rubbish is abysmal for example strictly come dancing which must cost a fortune and generates to the wider population very little benefit is available is absolutely ridiculous it needs to be scrapped. Also East Ender's which is a load of rubbish completely devoid from reality in both directions is terrible scrap that as well.

Not the first time I've had issues with Amazon. But I added discovery to watch a programme they took 5 payments of £3.99 then refunded me 3. Kept 2 then started watching got to season 3 please purchase a pass. Customer service ask you to log out and back in. Then saying the account not registered. Load of rubbish I'm done with Amazon.

Let me be clear, the items I bought on Bol.com were great. Quality is great, delivery was on time, so no complaints there. This rating is solely for the customer service. I'm in the USA and I recently placed an order to be delivered in NL. I had to return one of the items though. It was returned to the postal service and I received an email saying the return in on the way. That was 4 months ago!!!! I still haven't received my refund. I've been trying to contact the customer service for months now. The chat doesn't start and the email form always gives an error. And I called once but being international, it cost me just to get through the prompts! I've waited too long and now am so tired of trying which is why I'm putting this review. I've been really patient and I think 4 months is long enough.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many many many many years just received a product it was used and the price dropped. Basically customer service told me I had to go to the store once going to the store. The manager said I had to use customer service and customer service said nothing could be done, the store manager was amazing customer service just lied and lied again not only two hours of my life between being on phone and driving to and from best buy but they refused to do a price match so they lost an $800 sale and a customer . Never again

Lisa went above and beyond in trying to locate an item which is currently out of stock, including going on line and trying different stores. Although ultimately unsuccessful, Lisa did everything she could to assist me. I'm very appreciative of her efforts.
