Customer service is terrible

Let me be clear, the items I bought on Bol.com were great. Quality is great, delivery was on time, so no complaints there. This rating is solely for the customer service. I'm in the USA and I recently placed an order to be delivered in NL. I had to return one of the items though. It was returned to the postal service and I received an email saying the return in on the way. That was 4 months ago!!!! I still haven't received my refund. I've been trying to contact the customer service for months now. The chat doesn't start and the email form always gives an error. And I called once but being international, it cost me just to get through the prompts! I've waited too long and now am so tired of trying which is why I'm putting this review. I've been really patient and I think 4 months is long enough.
