Can I give zero stars?Placed my first online order with them 3rd week of November. On their website said it would be delivered Dec 1.Followed the tracking I was sent, saw that it looked to be going thru US/Canada customs, then suddenly "DELIVERED' status to Buffalo. I live in Ontario Canada. So called their customer service on Nov 29. Call was answered mid afternoon within 5.minutes.Rep was kind of laughing at me like she was having a breakdown I guess from having to now repeatedly defend her company's stupidity. She said "oh little bit of kinks in the system still with Canada. So you will receive another tracking number once the order passes customs and on the Canadian side, it will start moving within 1 to 3 business days of arriving in Buffalo. This was 7 business days ago. Tracking has not moved an inch only confirms it apparently arrived in Buffalo last week.Tried calling cs again this week to find out what is happening. WHAT A JOKE. I thought I had elves stuffed in my ears..."your wait time is 180 minutes...250 minutes..." for someone to answer the bloody phone??Now noone answering emails, social media messages. What happened between the end of November and beginning of December 2023? Did all the staff get fired or is the company going out of business again?FOUR hours to answer the phone...must be something catastrophic that happened and guessing like most other here that we are not going to be getting our orders before Christmas, let alone at all.You can't even apply for a refund online!!Pathetic.**I will amend/add to this after finally shouting loud enough on social media (Twitter X), I was answered by their social media team and assigned someone from their Executive Office in the USA.I ALSO contacted LandMark, the courier that hands off to the Canadian side and their agent was the most helpful getting the package finally moving.Use email:Twitter (at) bedbathandbeyond (.com)With your order number, the name and address on your order. They maintain they will get back to you within an hour, unless it's near the end of the business day it will be the next morning.

Review of eBay
One of the primary reasons why I consider eBay an unscrupulous company is its fee structure. The platform charges exorbitant fees to both buyers and sellers for using their services, making it difficult for small sellers to compete and driving up prices for consumers. This predatory pricing strategy has led many to view eBay as a greedy corporation that prioritises profits over customer satisfaction.Another reason why eBay is unscrupulous is its lack of transparency when it comes to handling disputes between buyers and sellers. Many users have reported instances of eBay siding with dishonest buyers who abuse the platform's return policy to scam sellers out of their merchandise. This lack of impartiality and failure to protect sellers from fraudulent activities has tarnished eBay's reputation among the online selling community.Furthermore, eBay has been accused of turning a blind eye to counterfeit and pirated goods being sold on its platform. Despite claiming to have strict policies in place to prevent the sale of illegal merchandise, eBay has been adequately criticised for failing to adequately monitor its listings and weed out counterfeit products. This irresponsible behavior not only harms legitimate businesses that are undercut by counterfeiters but also puts consumers at risk of purchasing fake or unsafe products. In addition to these ethical concerns, eBay has also faced backlash for its controversial data privacy practices. The company should be criticised for collecting and storing vast amounts of personal information about its users without their consent, and for sharing this data with third parties for profit. This blatant disregard for user privacy should raise serious concerns about the safety and security of personal information on the platform. Moreover, eBay has been accused of engaging in anti-competitive practices that stifle innovation and harm smaller competitors. The company has been known to use its dominant market position to crush smaller rivals by undercutting their prices, stealing their ideas, or blocking their access to critical resources. This cutthroat behaviour not only harms other businesses but also limits consumer choice and stifles innovation in the online marketplace. In a recent scandal on eBay, it was revealed that a group of employees at the online marketplace had been engaging in a practice known as "stalking" against a couple who ran a newsletter critical of the company. The employees allegedly sent unsettling packages to the couple's home, including live cockroaches and a funeral wreath, in an attempt to intimidate and silence them. This shocking revelation has raised serious concerns about the safety and privacy of individuals who speak out against powerful corporations. The couple, who had been outspoken critics of eBay, were subjected to a systematic campaign of harassment that went beyond online trolling and crossed into real-life intimidation. It is alarming to think that a company as influential as eBay would resort to such extreme measures in an effort to silence dissenting voices. The scandal has sparked a national conversation about the importance of protecting freedom of speech and the right to criticise powerful entities without fear of reprisal. As the details of the eBay stalking scandal continue to unfold, it is crucial that the company be held accountable for its actions and that measures be put in place to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals who are targeted for speaking out. This case serves as a stark reminder of the power dynamics at play in the digital age and the lengths to which some companies will go to suppress criticism.

Review of Facebook
I used to have a facebook account for a long time. I deleted due to the constant violations they kept giving me due to political posts even though what I was saying was true! Needless to say it's been years since I had an account. My daughter recently asked me to get back on, so I did! No political posts just me being me comical. Not even two days and they suspended my account! No violations, no warnings.....NOTHING! I will not appeal and should have stayed off because I knew they are garbage! Never again!
Review of Google
My wife bought a £10 gift card code from cdkeys.com for my child's account to put on his new mobile phone, I tried to redeem it on the Google Play Store as I administer his email account and Play Store account. Google refused to redeem the card and asked for more information, all of which was sent. Google replied they would not redeem the card and now won't answer any emails. I thought I'd try and add a debit card to his account as Google stated the reason why they would not redeem the gift card was account discrepancies. No surprise Google was happy to add the card and take money from it, so obviously just typical greed as if that was issues with the account why would would a debit card be allowed.
