I love writing reviews. I'm a level 12 Local Guide on Google, and I adore trying out and implementing new tech for my team to drive efficiency and make everyone's lives easier. G2 has such a wide variety of software products they cover, which is perfect for someone like me who loves to try new programs! G2's vetting process and in depth review questions are also very helpful for me when locating new software to use in the workplace.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. It takes months to get your poorly made at best and fraudulent advertising at worst. Many times not ever receiving your goods or your money back. Shop with Amazon. You can get just as good deal or close to it on the same Chinese goods and not wait a year and get at least close to what you asked for to begin with

I went to the North Hills Target store in Raleigh NC yesterday to do some Christmas shopping. I was taking my time to absorb everything that was new in store and making decisions on what I wanted to purchase for my family and friends. Upon picking up a few items and approaching the checkout, I heard over the staff’s radio to watch someone. I looked up and the employee was walking fast and looking around and asking “who” to the person on the other side of the radio, he then looked at me and walked off.Anyways when I approached the last self service checkout till, the security guard had a message over the radio saying “watch that person with white in the hood”. The security guard repeated “white hood?” And the person on the radio said yes.Well I was the only one with a white hooded coat in that area and I even looked around to make sure of that before I made the complaint! So after paying for my items, I looked up directly at the security guard who was looking at me (an African man). He then looked the other way. Now I know it’s a store’s role to have security and watch people but firstly, there was no reason for them to look at me and I am no where near a thief nor did I have any suspicious behavior for them to have treated me this way. I was very uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave that store immediately, I felt embarrassed. Even though I had done nothing wrong, the staff made me feel this way. I want an apology and I want to know how you are going to rectify this issue?I am never going in a target store again and I will be letting people know how I was treated by the company!! This is classed as discrimination and I am currently speaking to my lawyer to see how we can escalate this!!

I was with Spotify for a few years but had to cancel, I’ve several devices that used my account one of which hadn’t connected for a while. Despite changing the password successfully after thirty minutes of trying and acknowledging the email confirmation that the password had been changed and ignore the email if it was me, a short while later I got another email (apparently automated) suggesting that suspicious activity was identified and I was kicked off my account and only given the option to change my password again. Enough to say this then lead to a few issues once again with some devices not connecting again and telling me my new forced password wasn’t correct. The only advice from support was that they were trying to ensure my account security but I should stop using my vpn. They couldn’t give me any reassurance that I wouldn’t get another email about suspicious activity and be kicked out of my devices once again. The service has been getting worse in general for a while and just is not worth the expense or my time anymore.Avoid like the plague.

I was searching for a ride to go from Sacramento to SFO and before I was matched with a rider Lyft had already charged my credit card on file for the full ride amount of $140!!! Now I have to wait up to 10 business days for that to reverse on my credit card which decreased my limit. Lyft is crooked! Horrible frustrating experience. I recommend Uber 1000x over Lyft.

Some time ago I got auto-renewal of premium Xing services. To make it clear I am not using these services and I can't even remember the moment when I enrolled for them. In any case, I did not receive any notification about upcoming renewal (otherwise I would just cancel it).When I contacted support I was told that my cancellation was not in time (minimum of 3 weeks before renewal), read more here (link at xing terms#a-7)In short, I am "forced" to pay for services that I don't need and see no value from. Support responded after 10+ days on my 2nd inquiry, which is also bad.Note: This review is based on recent experience with Xing and also on the fact that now I am paying for something that I have 1/5 star value. If I recognized any value in my premium account and if this wasn't "forces" my review would be much better. Still, taken into account that service already has 1.2/5 star rating, which is very low, seems like I am not the only person having this same experience.

I would never buy a Tesla again. I love my car but the service team in fort worth texas is horrible. I made an appointment for service because the navigation system is stuck, I have no safety features and a fan keeps coming on draining the power on the battery. They checked me in, had a service technician sit in the car. They told me they saw everything that I did in the car not working. I heard nothing from them all day and asked for an update on the car. Still silence. I checked the app the next day and it said they had cancelled my appointment. No one contacted me and told me it was cancelled. Next appointment is two weeks out. I am fed up and would not suggest anyone buying a Tesla. There are a lotof newer options out there for EV. Buy something else instead.

They have the absolute worst service. The level of badgering these people do to get money out of you. I have lived with a host family for 6 months where they paid the cost but soon as i registered a new address they send me a request to pay FOR A HOUSE THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. 🤦🏽 Absolutely dissappointing service. How is it that when you call customer service they tell you all spokepersons are busy and then hang up for you and on top of that charge 20 Cent? Why not put me on hold till someone is available or simply make the calls free since people have to call so often? Is that even legal!!!!!????
