Got a $30 off coupon in mail so I bought a pair of Skechers that were $69. Even thou coupon was applied and gave me the correct total, it charged me full price after completion. Customer service only refunded $30 had to email several times and they still never credited correct amount with tax. After receiving shoes in box with no lid I called and Rep said shed give me an additional $10 refund and send a replacement. Gave me label to ship back. After a week not receiving $10 credit I emailed and they said they would give me a $10 reward today. That is not what I said I was told and even included the Ref#. I will be returning the shoes. The replacement shoes came in a small makeshift box with Orig box info taped to it.

There's numerous reviews about the moderators there being unreasonably arrogant. When there's a common factor among reviews like that, there's usually some truth to it. My experience aligns with that. Arrogant enough it made me delete my account.Users are their 'customers'. Guess coders don't learn in class that being arrogant enough to make customers delete accounts isn't so good for business. Makes me rather nervous being a C.S. student. Can't help but wonder if when I graduate I'll be surrounded by arrogant jacka$$3$ like them.

To be frank, I've never been too enamored of HP products so in a way, bigger fool me. But they had a great Black Friday deal on last year and I needed a big screen laptop so I risked it. And the risk hasn't paid off. The sound was erratic and the camera faulty from the get go but I simply purchased a separate standalone camera which provided a functioning alternative. When I finally decided that I needed to get the built-in camera fixed, well, that's when the issues began. Following a failed attempt by one of their technicians to fix it remotely, I practically had to beg to get the thing collected for repair. And what I was told would take five to ten days has now turned into at least four weeks according to the latest online data in my account at which point I will have been without a laptop for a month. Unreliable products - I recently had to return one of their Chromebooks as well - and utterly indifferent customer service has given Black Friday a whole new meaning. I'll stick with Acer and Asus from now on.

Having a dvd product with an assigned workbook from them that was purchased from my college bookstore, had me on the phone for 50 mins to create a claim, then transferred me to a bitchy customer service woman who said go back to where you purchased it from. BUT THE PRODUCT IS FROM YOU. YOU MANUFACTURED IT. Nonetheless the DVD stopped working after not even halfway through. They get college student's money for THEIR products and don't want to resolve it when it is defective. Now my paper for my psychology class will be late because of their defective product, and I maintain a 3.94 GPA..something half of those representatives wouldn't know anything about.

Purchased 3 items and cancelled orders of 3 other items. None of the items were delivered on the day the App said they would arrive. No warning from the delivery company when they do deliver. If no one is home, they just leave with no contact details so you are left chasing Taobao on the app. Took over a week to eventually get the items.As per refunds, cancelled orders within 5 mins of ordering and they did not refund the shipping costs even though the orders had not been processed and stated a full refund.Absolute scammers. At least Temu and Ali Express use reputable logistics companies so you can pick up from the post office if no one is home.

It’s a great thing to Give, it really is! I won’t be using this platform again as I have foolishly just succumbed to the 15% (Not so voluntary charge they add on unless you navigate to remove it) it is added automatically so beware as you will only realise once the charge is added and billed unless you are extremely vigilant. Loads of reviews on here reported by unsuspecting donors caught out by this charge. I won’t be caught out again as won’t use this medium to donate again. What a shame. A bad taste for sure!
