Wanted to purchase a book that was written long ago. I had the name of it but couldn't remember the author. The gal at the service desk -the assistant manager- instantly found what I wanted, ordered it for me, said it would arrive at my house by the following Friday. The book arrived two days early. Quick service, very pleasant dealings.

Don't count on them to support their product

Let me count the ways. Their upgrade ruined our account. 1. They no longer talk to Otter (yes, I changed all the setting they told me to)2. They have very limited cloud recording, which I need since my boss uses this for 5-8 meetings a day3. When I do download the recording, there is no longer any way to delete it - the option is gone on my account 4. Their customer service is horrible. a. Chat is no longer available to the paying client, they send you to the support page b. You call the number on that page and you get a recording, telling you to go to their support page, then it hangs up c. Yep, you can write them an email. I used the "urgent" option as I am losing recordings. You guessed it. 9 days later and not a word from Zoom.

I like it

Honestly, I believe Freepik great. I've got many excellent photos from it. It was a great help for me in my previous job where I worked as a blog writer and a website admin. In my current job, I don't use it as often. But whenever I need a license-free pic, that's the first place I visit. As a free user, I can't use some of the features there, but I'm satisfied with what they provide to users like me.
