The game is awesome, not without issues, but it's a magical experience, played for around 60 hours in 6 days.

WORST FN WEBSITE EVER. SPENT HOURS TRANSLATING AND TRYING TO PURCHASE AN ITEM ONLY TO GET REPEATED MESSAGES TELLING ME THAT THE SYSTEM WAS BUSY AND TRY AGAIN WITH FINALIZING THE PURCHASE. AFTER GIVING THEM MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND HOME ADDRESS. IT LOGGED ME OUT AND THEN ASKED ME TO LOG BACK IN WITH MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD, WHICH i NEVER CREATED.I'LL BE KEEPING AN EYE ON MY BANK STATEMENTS FOR MONTHS NOW. WHAT A CRAP WEBSITE.

I have an amazing account manager Paul Marland, who is always on hand with support and ideas. Whilst I do feel the online software is still not at the level of Sage 50 (hence the 4/5 stars) they have brought on board some amazing partners such as Futrili and GoProposal which make it a very valuable tool for accountants.

I was very disappointed with my stay .Check in took forever and I had to wait for my room there only seemed to be one member of staff doing all the check insI booked the Guildford hotel as I had seen great things about there spa but I very disappointed with a number of aspects .Firstly the woman on the main desk as you walk into the spa was on her phone and don't even look up and she presented a sullen and cold not a great first impression ! The spa its self was need a good paint job it looks shabby like it's been haphazardly patched up the floor is filthy the tiles need a good scrub or replacing and then I was told the jacuzzi is currently not in use ? I have stayed at other holiday inns were the jacuzzi is working so this was disappointing.The spa reception is cold and uninviting and looks like you have been burgled it's just an empty space ? When I saw the photos online it was all very vibrant and warm and not open and cold .I wanted to have my nails done and in a photo I had seen there was a lovley nail area overlooking the pool when I got there I was told that you no longer office this service ,I would of thought this would of been something you would always offer as I know I do and I am sure im not alone in that I always have my nails done when staying away . However I felt I must say what an amazing experience once I was meet by the spa therapist attentive professional and the treatments were I think the best I have had so this alone was the highlight .The bar staff were no where to be seen food took forever .This could be a great hotel but needs some tlc .

I like the timely emails regarding stock picks. Would appreciate the stock ticker symbol being included more consistently in the email as I typically make purchases straight from the email. I would prefer not to get overloaded with emails for the programs that they are offering. Also, sometimes the offers are a little misleading....
