They have very limited cloud recording, which I need since my boss uses this for 5-8 meetings a day3. When I do download the recording, there is no longer any way to delete it - the option is gone on my account 4. Their customer service is horrible. a. Chat is no longer available to the paying client, they send you to the support page b. You call the number on that page and you get a recording, telling you to go to their support page, then it hangs up c. Yep, you can write them an email. I used the "urgent" option as I am losing recordings. You guessed it. 9 days later and not a word from Zoom.
