Let's just say I'm glad I only paid for a month. The LLM is brilliant and it is a league above all others for coding. I've made some use of it, but it is also annoyingly restrictive in terms of message limits and length--the paid Pro version feels barely better than the free version. You'll be productive for a short while, and then have to wait hours again before you can do anything.

I was playing in my account and they blocked me because my dad also has a separate account in chess.com and they blocked him as well.They also blocked our IP address, I mean isn't this strange that two people in the same household can't have accounts in silly chess.com?And when asked they simply send a template reply saying "Tell us how you cheated...."No warning given to us and we don't understand why they blocked when we have our separate accounts. Even though my dad's account was paid one.. still they blocked him.I think they just got too much money and now want to loose their customers get themselves bankrupt.All the best to them and I hope it happens quicker....Please nmove to other platforms.

CC staff need to change how they make decisions.

CC staff must have a big job on hand but nonetheless, they bring a lot of it on themselves as their methods are flawed. They consider everyone guilty before being proven innocent. And of course, they are never wrong. Good luck getting a fair chance to voice yourself or even an opportunity to prove the context of matters, or a chance to work things out and apologize for wrongdoings. Once they close your account, the proof you have goes with it. And then they send to a link to connect to a robot so your questions never get answered.

The worst customer services for Red Card Members customers. I called and spoke with 3 different customer service specialist and they ALL basically stated to return all the items that I purchases and rebuy them to get the lower price since I was out of time line to get price reduction. There is no guaranteed that I could get the items that I purchase in the first place if I return the items.

I'm taking a course that I am already certified in for college credit. I found the platform and its instructions narrow minded and not flexible enough for a wider audience that learns on a spectrum. The platform was out of date compared to the modern version that is available to the general public. So, completing work on the platform was conflicting. I found that this course made the simple concepts complexed and incomprehensible for no reason. Because of the platform's exaggerated use of the course and the technical bugs that came with it, I found that students will not truly be graded on what they know, but more of the flaws that this platform has that makes it hard for the average student to be graded fairly on. I found that this issue made more Professor's that use it more stressed out, because their objective is to uphold and alleviate all those issues and keep the students working together on the same page despite the problems that are out of their control. 1 star since there are better alternatives and Cengage is not it.
