I am unhappy with my purchase

I am unhappy with my purchase. I requested the bass be setup. When I arrived to pick up the bass, I asked to try it out. As soon as I sat down to play the tech came over and told me to come pay so he could go home. So I packed up and payed. When I got home the action is too low and the strings rattle. I now need to get it setup again or do it myself. I am considering returning the bass. It’s very expensive and I have a $200 bass that plays better. I feel that when I purchase items online for store delivery the store employees ignore me and are annoyed that I did not purchase from them.

I’m pissed

Purchased 3 $30.52 tickets. Was given a receipt for $91.56. My credit card was charged $251.55. I contacted customer service and they informed me I purchased tickets for $58 each. Plus added a $57 service fee along with the taxes and delivery fee. I tried to cancel my purchase because the website states that tickets can be refunded prior to 7 days before the concert. I was not allowed to get a refund and was told I could resell the tickets. I’m pissed!

DONE with DSW!

I ordered 3 pairs of Clark's shoes through the DSW website. About a week later, the order was ready for in-store pickup. The email stated "1 pair ready for pickup" and "Cancelled" for the other 2 pairs. No reason given. No previous emails sent regarding cancellation of the other shoes. I called DSW for an explanation. The person was difficult to understand and clearly in a call center. They also seemed to be reading from a script. Not at all helpful. I will be returning the pair sent. Due to such poor customer service, I do not wish to give DSW my business. I have ordered the shoes from the Clark's website, which is what I should have done in the first place. An addendum: I went to the store to tell them I would not be taking the shoes sent and why--very disappointed about how the order was handled and the inadequate customer service. I spoke to the assistant manager, David. David came across as somewhat defensive, but mostly uninterested & uncaring--another example of the company's poor customer service. Upon completion of the return, I started to leave. Without looking up from the computer screen, David flippantly said, "Sorry that happened." Yup, I'm done with DSW.

A woke nightmare

It's not a medical site so much as a woke advocacy group using a claim to be a health resource as cover for its pseudoscience and extreme ideology. Lots of stuff about gay relationships, why lesbians should have sex with men identifying as gay women, and "health" couched in terms of intersectionality rather than simply, you know, health.The capper was an article on why it's good to have fat people represented in media, all the more so if they're "queer" fat people (because the more intersectionality boxes you check, the holier you are, or something). I guess the fact that obesity is a leading cause of diabetes, heart disease, and early death doesn't matter to this alleged "health" website. What a joke!

No costumer protection, big disappointment

I recently booked a weekend getaway through Agoda, expecting a seamless experience. However, upon arrival, I was met with several issues: the accommodation did not match the description, there were undisclosed extra charges, and the overall experience felt misleading. After numerous lengthy email exchanges with Agoda's customer service, they offered a mere $18 Agoda credit (!) as compensation for a €250 booking mishap. This token gesture was both inadequate and disappointing, reflecting a lack of genuine concern for customer satisfaction. I would caution others when considering Agoda for their travel plans.

I love wish, but some t-Shirt Print Stores shouldn’t send out print that’s falling off the t-shirts

I didn’t see that the shirts ran together for reviews. There’s two that the white print came off the shirt. They’r spotty, and a necklace cross that the stones were dent & broken & the chain was knotted. Most of the 20+ items I just purchased are presentable/useable but those 3 items were a no pass. Somethings I can over look, not everything comes in perfect, but these items shouldn’t have gone out. But I do luv wish & spend most of my money on wish, in fact, there’s only one other app I just discovered & everything has been good there thus far. But Wish is my fav & pretty much my go to!

Once again

Once again, I am checking my receipt and it is wrong as always just not as bad this time. It seems that every time recently when I shop at Kroger, I am over charged. I don't have the time to go back to the store every time to have this corrected. Therefore, I have jointed a warehouse club so I don't have to go to Kroger. The store feels like such a monopoly and no one cares if you shop there.No customer care/care. I really don't like shopping there but have no choice.

We went as a family of 6 to Villa Lucie in Cilipi and we had an amazing time! The Villa was simply stunning and everything you needed and the owner Lucie was so helpful and the meet and greet was exceptional! Lucie couldn’t do enough to ensure our experience was outstanding! We shall definitely return.
