However, upon arrival, I was met with several issues: the accommodation did not match the description, there were undisclosed extra charges, and the overall experience felt misleading. After numerous lengthy email exchanges with Agoda's customer service, they offered a mere $18 Agoda credit (!) as compensation for a €250 booking mishap. This token gesture was both inadequate and disappointing, reflecting a lack of genuine concern for customer satisfaction. I would caution others when considering Agoda for their travel plans.
