I primarily used this site to learn more about the best crypto apps. While I got excellent recommendations, I wish they had shorter videos or quick tutorials embedded. Apart from that, the information is spot on for someone exploring the crypto scene.

I ordered two items that only make sense in a bundle. Next day otto cancelled one of the items without giving the reason, but sent the second. There is no way to cancel my order at the moment and they don't accept emails (and using phone support is not an option for me as my german is not good enough for phone conversations).

Agoda cancelled my first hotel reservation, made 2 months in advance, at the last moment, under the pretext of the problems with credit card payment. Found out about it only at the front desk of the hotel during check in. No warning email about the problem was sent. They refused to accept an alternative credit card info. Second reservation was confirmed during a phone call with Agoda who assured me that everything was OK, and they already had on file another credit card info, however, later another email from Agoda said that they still could not proceed with my reservation or use my updated payment method and I was basically forced to cancel the reservation. Had to urgently search for another hotel (at a higher price of course).Will never use this company again.

Products said delivered, so i went to mydoor, no package, complained q d was told to look everywhere and try to knock neighbors and check, i thouggt that was not ormal as i gave my address for delivery with my door number, so i searched the whole block and knocked on 2 neighbors doors, no help as they did not receive anything of mines. Big waste of time, and now i just want to delete the app.. but im waiting for result of my complaints.. i must wait 48hrs.. smh ill be back to twll you how it goes.

I, like others got a free trial, not knowing how difficult it was to cancel. However, if you paid through PayPal you can block payments to Telegraph through the PayPal website. Go to Settings.Click Payments.Under 'Pre-approved payments', click Manage pre-approved payments.Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.Overall Telegraph is a terrible website - avoid it at all costs.

listen to spotify for at least 18 hours a day almost every day. They have so much music . It is like Aladdins cave of music. Always have it playing in the background .Was able to listen to classical baroque Jazz pop swing and every possible genre in the galaxy. I use bluetooth headphones and listen to spotify when working out at the gym . It gets the adrenalin going.For adds you just turn the volume down and then back up again after a minute or two and no pesky adds. Or open spotify on firefox after you install u block. No adds on spotify or you tube ever . Life is good again.

Samsung Terrible Customer Service.My Samsung Fridge/Freezer has undertaken a Samsung software update and now multiple facilities of the fridge/freezer and now not working. Dealing with their technical customer services department was slow and painful and even though Samsung said it was a software issue they sent out a white goods engineer who immediately said he couldnt fix it.Samsung technical customer services department then closed the repair ticket, even though no repairs had even been made to the fridge/freezer, and now inform me that i have to contact their Smart things department (as they cant be bothered to take the fault any further).Contacting Smarthings on the email address provided by Samsung Customer Services all you get is an email saying there will be a delay in replying due to Covid restrictions!!!! (There are no restrictions within the UK)The fridge/freezer and Samsung TV were bought solely for the shared facilities that are no longer working and Samsung don't care and don't want to do anything about it. Do not use this company as they are not interested in solving any issues that they have caused once they have your money. There are better products on the market.I am being forced to seek legal advice to try and resolve this situation.

We ordered a picture for a birthday present and they tried to put it through the letter box it didn't fit so they bent it and shoved it through the door. Also a couple of days ago they did not ring the bell instead they just threw it over the gate. They are very impatient.

Poor payment reconciliation processes! I paid in monies via UK FPS which were confirmed by my bank to land within 2 hrs, from my experience usually payments are credited within hours, but I gave it a day or so (with intended payments bouncing in the meantime) its been over 9 days now and they can't find the monies that were sent even though my bank has confirmed they were sent and reduced my balance accordingly. Crypto.com have been stringing me along and asking for more and more personal information that had already been provided although it felt uncomfortable to do so. Their customer services failed to resolve the issue and now have asked me to raise a claim with my bank instead which will take > 40 days - I assume without any compensation for losses or inconvenience. Totally lost confidence in something that I was a big supporter of in the past, wont be using them again - sorry!!!In reply to the response given by Crypto.com below, it was the live chat conversations over the past 7+ days that lead to this review, unfortunately despite providing a bank statement and all details the bank had on the transaction sent via the UK Faster Payment Service your team said they cannot find the transaction and told me to raise a reversal request with my bank, meaning the funds will have been in your account for almost 2 months by the time that completes. :(Additional update, I received a response from my bank telling me that they were mistaken and could not actually make a claim for the funds and instead needed to do a trace, which involves them sending me an reference number that I then share with Crypto.com so they can find the monies, that's by "snail mail", so when that will arrive, who can guess! In the mean-time Crypto.com said funds that cannot be matched after 7 working days will be returned, its been 10wd now, hopefully they are on their way already! Given every other deposit I have sent using the same details has gone though without an issue it seems very strange Crypto.com misplaced it and I assume that their systems have some sort of bug. I'd like my money back ASAP, and have since avoided using my crypto.com card for several hundreds of pounds of purchases since the issue occurred as a result of this...Update, after providing a letter from my bank containing the same information I shared weeks ago the lost funds were credited to my account - only took 2 weeks to process and not so much as an apology for the inconvenience caused, thanks!
