Agoda cancelled my first hotel reservation, made 2 months in advance, at the last moment, under the pretext of the problems with credit card payment. Found out about it only at the front desk of the hotel during check in. No warning email about the problem was sent. They refused to accept an alternative credit card info. Second reservation was confirmed during a phone call with Agoda who assured me that everything was OK, and they already had on file another credit card info, however, later another email from Agoda said that they still could not proceed with my reservation or use my updated payment method and I was basically forced to cancel the reservation. Had to urgently search for another hotel (at a higher price of course).Will never use this company again.
