Samsung Terrible Customer Service.My Samsung Fridge/Freezer has undertaken a Samsung software update and now multiple facilities of the fridge/freezer and now not working. Dealing with their technical customer services department was slow and painful and even though Samsung said it was a software issue they sent out a white goods engineer who immediately said he couldnt fix it.Samsung technical customer services department then closed the repair ticket, even though no repairs had even been made to the fridge/freezer, and now inform me that i have to contact their Smart things department (as they cant be bothered to take the fault any further).Contacting Smarthings on the email address provided by Samsung Customer Services all you get is an email saying there will be a delay in replying due to Covid restrictions!!!! (There are no restrictions within the UK)The fridge/freezer and Samsung TV were bought solely for the shared facilities that are no longer working and Samsung don't care and don't want to do anything about it. Do not use this company as they are not interested in solving any issues that they have caused once they have your money. There are better products on the market.I am being forced to seek legal advice to try and resolve this situation.
