I'm disappointed in your Venmo team.

I'm disappointed in your Venmo team.. First of all i registered for the account, then I got my account and routing numbers which I used to set up a direct deposit... Before I did that I clicked on my identity verification and it was saying that my identity has been successfully verified,!!!! I did that numerous times!!!! Then I clicked on my tax verification and it was saying that my identity has been successfully verified!!!! After like two weeks i was not able to see my account and routing number anymore so i send a message to the support team and they were super unfriendly and they told me that my account was frozen. I had no idea about that because I never received any notification from Venmo! Nothing was showing on my app or on my email... Right after I asked why they didn't notify me about any problem with my account they sent me an email saying that they did notify me about my account being frozen on August 6, which is not true!!! I never received any notification on August 6th.... on top of that they are accusing me for some kind of suspicious activity even if I did not use Venmo at all!!!!! And now I'm not able to close my account and I'm not able to login or anything!!!!! That is all about this jokers Venmo community or Circus Venmo community!!!!!! Who do i contact about situation like this???
