I’m a fitness trainer and have bought close to 30,000 points in one year. Right after my leg surgery, I ordered a hoodie that was defective. It didn’t have the white lining on the hood. I called and sent pics to Adidas. They said I had to return to get this corrected. I told them no problem but I can’t drive because of my surgery. The only other option was for me to have it picked up at a cost of $10 to me. After ordering close to $5000 in gear, you would think they would have been excepting and either refunded me or sent a correct shirt. But they wouldn’t work with me. They lost a really good customer over an error they wouldn’t correct.
