I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with SAMSUNG. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted Samsung to deliver high-quality products and services. However, the handling of my recent issue with my Samsung Fold 4 has been extremely disappointing.After encountering a problem with my Samsung Fold 4, I was relieved to know that my Samsung Care Plus coverage would provide a replacement phone. Unfortunately, when I received the replacement device, I was appalled to find that it had multiple dents and scratches on all corners, as well as a scratch on the back of the camera lens, which affected the device's functionality.Despite being assured that a new replacement phone would be sent to me every day for a week, no replacement phone arrived, nor did I receive any confirmation. When I called again to follow up, I was informed that the replacement would not be issued because the scratches were deemed "minor."I expressed my dissatisfaction to a supervisor and indicated that I would refuse to accept the damaged phone. The supervisor then informed me that if I refused the phone, my plan would be canceled and my device would not be repaired.This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect from Samsung. I am extremely disappointed with the way my case has been handled and the poor customer service I have received.
